Rivertop Roofing cares about their customers and are a very knowledgeable and great company to get a new roof from. I learned so much from them and they explained the process very throughly.

Nate Barlow started this whole process out by being very professional and respecting my “no soliciting” sign on my porch. I saw him walking away and walked outside as I thought he was a kid from down the street or something like that. Turns out he and the others were very professional and caring. They really helped me out on my roof. I had several other roofers that had knocked on the door previously without regard to my “no soliciting” sign. At the end, the crew did a fantastic job and I’m very pleased with how the process went.

Tylor and Jared came out to inspect my roof and run a report. They were thorough with their inspection and very personable. In a recent storm my chimney started slanting due to the wind so they fixed in and made it upright. Thanks Guys!

Mr. Russell was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was thorough when explaining the damages done to my roof and other structures. His communication and coordination with my insurance company made this process much easier for us.

Very good business that genuinely wants to take care of customers like family. Very professional and efficient! They handled the insurance claim quickly and effortlessly and they communicate issues with us well. We had a tricky request that was quite inconvenient for them but they honored our request gracefully. Shout out to Noah Main and especially the owner Nate Coffin for being very helpful and accommodating to our requests. When I told Nate that our roof wasn't covered as he told us, and it would be snowing the next day. Nate and his team immediately came and got it covered even though it was dark and freezing. This level of promising keeping is remarkable. His team also did a great job with the roof. Highly recommend!

Seth was wonderful! We didn’t think he would find anything wrong with our roof, since we just replaced it 8 years ago. He did the inspection and let us know that he found some damaged shingles and wood rot. Sure enough! Thankfully we knew about it and were able to fix it, thanks to Seth’s inspection. Very polite and respectful young man.

I loved what Rivertop provided! Tylor gave us a great inspection and let us know everything was intact and damage was minimum. They said it would take us a hour but it was really only a 30min check. Our gutters are beat and they showed us, but over all we are good. And I’m at ease knowing rivertop will help us through any future needs!

Noah is very good at providing knowledge on how home roof installation works. He has in-depth knowledge on materials used which are good for fire resistant, hail resistant, and the overall installation process to withstand longer. I recommend him for any roof installation works.
