These guys were a lifesaver , during this last freeze, we had a pipe burst upstairs in our house, it leaked all the way through to my kitchen and ruined my floors, but that was not a problem for them. They showed up at 7:45 AM like they said and got everything cleaned up mold free and the best part was they worked directly with my insurance company , and it was hassle free!

My toilet overflowed, and flowed for over two hours. When I came home to my entire house flooded, I was in shock and completely clueless of what to do! There was water flowing in the front and back of house and everything in between! It was to the point that my front yard and back yard were flooded, my living room, hall way, bedroom, 2 bathrooms. All the hard wood floors were submerged.
I phoned a friend who told be to call 911 restoration, I spoke to a really kind woman who told me they were coming. I was trying to use a shop vac and realized there was no way I could do anything alone. A team of folks descended on my house, with a lot of equimpment and manpower they got rid of all the water quickly!
Throughout the drying process, then pack out and demo, everyone who helped me was kind, caring and did a wonderful job.
If you have to call someone to help you in a dire situation, it’s likely a pretty bad day for you.
I’m so glad I called 911 restoration because they are the right team to call on your worst day to turn things around. The receptionist helped me dry my tears when she said “help is on the way” and the team dried my house quickly so I could begin repairs asap!

They were at our house immediately and had us headed in the right direction. We showed up for church on Palm Sunday and found the baptistry had flooded the entire lower worship center. 911 Restoration was there in no time. Amazing service! I had a leak from a water heater pipe in my attic. They came over right away and was able to fix the problem same day. My water heater went out & Richard had a plumber over there that day to fix it! My attic door & steps had to be removed to fit the water heater in but Richard had his guys out there putting it back on just as the plumber finished! Couldn’t have been easier… I highly recommend his services!

I was very scared when I found out I had a leak and possible mold issues. Brad helped put all my worries at ease and is still helping me fix the problem. He has been timely, professional, and personable. I never felt like he was just trying to get business or was ever in a rush. He sat down and talked through each and every concern. He did thorough investigations for my property concerns, and even came back out when I found a new concern. I have had a lot of anxiety about my situation and Brad has been responsive and patient as I navigate all these issues in my home. He is working with me to develop a plan and fix the problem. The best of the best!! Had an overflow in the laundry room sink. A lot of water. Instantly called Richard Lee Sims and he got his guys out here in 30 min (after hours) they set up all the dehumidifiers and blowers and fans and continuously called to check on us. Came back each morning for 3 days to check it out. Saved my closet and clothes from being damaged because they used their meters to test for the water. 1000% recommend them for anything . Ty and Richard came out today to clean out my moldy ventilation system. They were so awesome. They did the job quickly, cleaned up any evidence of their presence and were able to work around my family in the home. These guys did a phenomenal job on my parents home after Hurricane Laura brought major water damage and destruction. Within a week they gutted the entire home and kept in close contact with us. Highly recommend. Job well done!

We had a leak under the house the day after Christmas. Richard and his team came that day and for several more days until the water was removed and drying underway. I was able to work along side to help move the process along. Hard workers.

A couple of months later they returned and installed a new vapor barrier. Very good crew chief who got that job done in a timely manner.

Frist off this company will come and have
you sign a contract but can't tell you how much the work will cost. Then when you get the bill you see charges for things that they didn't do.
And what ever you do don't except the so called free boxes that Richard gives you. Because he will turn around and say well since I can't charge you for things I did not do you can pay me for the Free Boxes. Also don't let them get out glued down wooden flooring big mistake he won't have a clue on what to do.
Or even the right equipment to use. I still have not gotten a revised bill from him yet and he has not contacted me with one yet.

My home flooded in January 2020 and I was pleased by the services of 911 Restoration. Before the waters started receding a crew was at my home ready to start pumping out water. The crew was very friendly and the owner was very easy to work with, especially when it came to working with my insurance company. I would recommend their services.

If I could give negative stars for this man’s company, I would!! He will lie, he will cheat, he will tear up your house and try to charge your insurance company....I could go on and on...and maybe I should! Do your homework on this company and be diligent by taking pictures during the whole ‘restoration’. People this dishonest should not he allowed to continue to operate.

911 Restoration of Central Mississippi took on a large project for us in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The owner, Richard, of this 911 Restoration Franchise went above and beyond to get the job completed. When we had questions Richard was either on site or answered within seconds of a phone call.

We discovered water in our house at 4 a.m. on Saturday morning from a broken washing machine supply hose. We called 911 Restorations at 7:30 a.m. and by 8:10 a.m. they were on site to inspection the damage. By mid morning all of the standing water had been removed from our home and blowers and dehumidifier s were running to begin the dry out phase. The base boards were removed to aid in the drying process. Each of the employees from 911 Restorations was courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about this company and its employees. I was in panic mode at 3:00 am on Friday, 8/10/18, a morning I will not soon forget. As I stepped out of my bed and touched the floor, the socks I was wearing got wet. I thought I had spilled the water I keep bedside, however as I continued walking it was slosh after slosh. In freakout mode I went to my pc and scanned for remediation companies online. I called a few and got recordings. I knew ads I had seen from time to time that these companies 24/7. Richard Sims, the owner, answered and said he would be here within 45 minutes. I am in Jackson and his company is in Gluckstadt. He was here in 35 minutes and started sucking up the water off our carpet and hardwood. His crew came later. All the crew have been great throughout. This is a company that does what they advertise. Coming home from work and to see a hole in your ceiling, water on your bed and insulation covering almost your entire room is not a pretty site to see.
