Brian and Wilkes installed a new set of steps on my patio. The steps are a vast i.provement over what they replaced - steady, solid, and sturdy. The guys were professional and polite and made short work of theproject.

The work these guys did on my mom’s house was amazing. They replace and painting some fascia board and repaired a door that wouldn’t open or close. I am super happy with the work and the cost for repairs was very reasonable.

Colby & Brian came to my house before their promised time of 0830 & stayed & worked all day long! They didn’t even stop for lunch! They took down rotted wood on my carport & screened in back porch, painted the new wood before they put it up, replaced the old screen, which was torn in several places, & hung 2 new outside screen/glass doors before they left @ 8pm. They worked HARD, & were so polite & courteous. Cleaned up the old screen, wood & doors & hauled it off with them. Highly recommend these 2, & what they did looks so nice, I’m already planning what to fix up next & I’m DEFINITELY requesting them. Thanks guys, so much!!

Brian was so helpful. I called him for a fence repair that another company messed up and wanted to charge me over $1000 to fix. Brian had it done the same day well under that previously quoted price. While he was on the call, I noticed they did home repairs. So I asked him to quote, replacing my shower handles and faucet as well. He did it without hesitation. The free dryer vent inspection was helpful as well. Turns out I had quite a bit of build-up in there. Brian took care of all 3 projects in 1 day...for less than what the other company wanted to charge me for the fence alone..... I will be using Steady Home Maintenance again, and you should, too!!!

We wanted some repairs to a fence and gate. Brian came out promptly, gave an estimate on the spot and returned promptly to effectuate the repairs which we are quite happy with.

Did an excellent job with our venthood and duct installation. Finished the job a day early and helped with an extra repair while they were there. Left the house spotless each night which we really appreciated. They are also very trustworthy, they’ve helped my dad with a few projects as well.

They mounted extra-heavy wall art, installed grab bars (very solidly, I might add) and solved our light switch access problem. Hands down the absolute best home maintenance company in this area! My family and I recently purchased and moved into our new home. We contacted SHM to mount multiple TV’s in our home along with a few other things that needed to be fixed. These guys were wonderful. They wasted no time doing all that needed to be done! We will be using SHM for all of our home maintenance needs. I highly recommend this company!

Just hired Steady Home Maintenance for the second time. The first time they did work at my house, they did a great job, and I felt like the money spent was worth it. This time, they did a great job, but I felt like the money spent for the work done was excessive. Maybe it’s just inflation, but I will be trying to do my own repairs in the future. I can’t afford the help anymore.

Steady did it again. On time, excellent work, great communication, arranging for it all without any leg work on my part. Extra stars to Brian for completing the electrical work with no hassle!

I strongly recommend Steady Home Maintenance for general repairs, home maintenance, plumbing, electrical installations and similar projects. The kind of things most homeowners need, and most of the time.

After making many calls to local businesses and receiving no replies or no-shows on the day of work, we found Steady and, to my surprise, they were just that. They replied immediately, set an appointment for that week and showed first thing in the morning.

We had a list of varied projects and the team addressed them all with promptness, skill, and a refreshing friendliness. They were especially happy to make adjustments to the list and work with our changing goals. And I was very pleased they arranged for all the professionals necessary (plumbing, etc) without me having to do the leg work, consolidating the invoice. The invoice was clear and made for a very easy, online payment.

In short, my highest recommendation for Steady Home Maintenance. If you've had trouble getting service for all the things most homeowners need, this is your team.
