Want say Josh is amazing. He shows up when says he is. Also he answers his phone and returns calls in the same day. He knows his stuff. We had several problems he got all of them fixed. We were on a time crunch so am so thankful.

Josh and his team are amazing. He replaced my roof on my wildcat 5th wheel. And once it rained he returned twice to assess any leaks and concerns. He’s my repair guy now! Thank you Josh!!!!

Y’all! I cannot say enough amazing things about River Cities RV Service. Josh was absolutely incredible and got us out a tough situation with zero AC in July in Texas. He came to Lockhart State Park where we were staying and fixed us up. We were traveling when it went out and our next stop was Lockhart and he was able to work us into his schedule to ensure he was able to get to us soon as we arrived so we wouldn’t have to be without anymore. He was very easy to get ahold of, even responded on a holiday weekend. He continued to communicate throughout our trip to ensure he would be there as soon as we arrived. His prices were very reasonable too! I have never experienced such great service with an RV company. Any time I am in this area I will 100% be using River Cities RV Service for all our RV needs, you should too!

I'd give them 10 ⭐ if possible. Josh fit me in to an uncertain schedule I have, but it all worked out. They fixed the power wire on my fridge that came loose.

I had my motorhome delivered from being at the factory for warranty issues......with a busted valve! Water everywhere! He arrived within the hour (afterhours) and had the valve fixed for a very reasonable price. He also fixed 3 other issues the bus was in warranty for....Super Josh to the rescue!

They do great work. I was on my way out to a camping trip with the family and I couldn’t get my jacks up. I was in a panic I called him on a Friday afternoon at 6 in the evening. And he showed up and fixed the problem and sent us on are way. He saved the camping trip for me and my family. I wouldn’t call anybody else. RCRV did a great job diagnosing and fixing the concerns with our generator in our RIG. Josh has fixed multiple issues on Both our RV’s. Definitely a pro with reasonable pricing.

We were in the middle of our camping trip in the middle of summer . I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how hot that is in Texas . The a/c unit went out in the camper. Called Josh up he rushed right out and solved my issue and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. This could have ended our summer vacation early but thanks to Josh we were able to enjoy our family time.
