Alex and his crew did a great job of remodeling our Jack and Jill bathroom. From demo prep to completion, it all was well done. The tile installation was exceptional. I would recommend RivCo for your home improvement job.

Alex Rivera did an outstanding job on my roof and broke down the number with me so I understand what I was paying for exactly. I then had him redo my porch which looks amazing. He used sturdy post and put a good stain on the deck. I couldn’t recommend anyone other than RIVCO. Your money will be well spent. A very respectful man with hard workers.

Got in contact with Alex for a floor repair, got the whole job done quick,kept in touch with me the whole job, and at a good price. Will use in the future.

Alex and his team did an AMAZING job on fixing our kitchen after a water leak. While they were onsite they also were contracted to redo our back deck and the stairs on our front porch. I can honestly say I have never seen such solid craftsmanship. The deck is solid as a fort! I can't tell you how happy I am with their service! The team was professional and friendly as well.

I felt they did a good job. I thought it was pricey but I had no way of getting a comparison. I had another job lined up a year later and I had planned on using Rivco again. It seemed like it would be scheduled until I mentioned a problem from the time before that needed to be looked at. Alex hung up on me. I texted him to see if we were disconnected and for him to call me when convenient. I never heard from him. I have a problem when someone finishes a job and something goes wrong afterwards and not willing to even check it out. That's not good. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what happened. Will never use Rivco of Cleveland , TN again.

I was very pleased with the detailed work that RivCo provided. They are very versed on different types of home repair and I was very worried about a Particular wood beam on the outside of my business that they replaced, and it looks brand new. I was introduced to Rivco by someone who recommended them and apparently Rivco never gave them a quote and didn’t even end up using them themselves (found this out later). I thought nothing of it at the time and then they just randomly showed up and wanted to work several weeks later. They didn’t provide a quote and the person they sent couldn’t discuss the transaction at all. He didn’t speak English that well but if I wanted anything discussed I had to call the owner myself. It was just a few loose shingles so I gave them a chance. They took a shingle from my roof to match and were gone for at least a week at which point I contacted them and then found the match myself and gave them the brand and model. I waited at least a whole week again and the guy shows up again without notice and without any quote and he finishes the job. The work looked great but I was definitely not happy with the service. They almost immediately invoiced me over $500 and set terms of Net 0. So after me waiting for them to take a month to replace shingles they wanted their money immediately. I would not recommend them.
