I hired Riteway Roofing after the recent hailstorm. Lisa was great to work with and walked me through the whole process from the estimate to insurance claims and the whole roof replacement. Tyler was absolutely the best to work with. He stayed on top of the insurance adjuster and made sure that they covered everything that needed repaired and replacement. Hired Riteway Roofing to help me out after a Hailstorm. They did an excellent job with everything! The estimate, installation, and clean up after were all done correctly and in a timely matter. I was very pleased with Riteway Roofing because of this nice gentleman named Justin who kindly rescued my cat after inspecting my roof. Two wins here, roof looked great and doesnt need any repairs yet and cat didn't get away.

Recently I had a new roof installed to replace a seventeen year old one.
It was done by Riteway Roofing, and my contractor was Cooper Newport.
After consulting with him I made the decision to go ahead and he took it from there. Cooper not only coordinated the entire project, but evan navigated the arrangement with the insurance company.
Even before the work started he had been on the roof surveying and made sure he was there with the estimator from Allstate.
After getting the materials that he recommended and picking a shingle style, the crew showed up. They worked from early morning to late, and Cooper was there through most of the installation. He texted me with progress reports and informed me of areas that needed attention. I found out that my back chimney wasn't even flashed, and his crew installed a "cricket" to divert water flow around the front chimney. Roof turbines were replaced with a ridge vent, valleys were no longer shiney metal and I got two new chimney caps. Everything was painted to match-gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, plumbing vents and drip rail.
I have neighbors already inquiring about what company I used. My family and my immediate neighbors agree my home has never looked nicer. I have lived there for 25 years.

Great experience. Justin was very helpful and informative with customer service after the weird November tornados. We ultimately decided to wait to repair the roof in case of further damage from unexpected winds, but based on that experience, I would use this company.
