What a great experience from the beginning. Not only did he promptly return my call (more than I can say for 3 other inspectors), Neal was able to get my inspection done ASAP. He was very thorough and took the time to explain anything that I had questions about or any areas of concern. He also had a whole binder of contractors to recommend for the couple little issues that did arise and left me with contact information for a handyman if I need help in the future. I feel confident moving forward with the purchase of my new home thanks to Neal's attention to detail.

Rising Tide Home Inspection did a great job. The inspection was thorough. Neal explained the findings in detail with helpful insight on how to make repairs with recommendations on reasonable contractors for the more difficult jobs.

Neal preformed a walk and talk and did a fantastic job explaining what was going on with my home in terms of defects that were cosmetic versus structural. He used clear language and made sure I understood everything he was saying so I had a clear picture. He was thorough on the outside and inside. To top it off, he was a sweetheart to my dogs! Neal was friendly and honest. He showed up on short notice (next day) and traveled far to do the inspection. He talked us through every area of the house.
