I hired Rising Tide builders to build a man-cave/shed for my collectibles. I thought I was getting a shed, but ended up with an amazing, small building. They didn't cut corners and ended up producing something that exceeded my expectations. We had one hiccup during the process, but their reaction and solution to the challenge was the most impressive part of the entire build. They obviously value their reputation and are people of their word. I can't recommend them highly enough. Great people.

A few years ago, we used Dustin to repaint our entire home and roof (yes metal roof). The transformation was truly unbelievable. Unfortunately, in July 2024, our home was struck by lightning. We knew that there was only one person to call! Dustin came out and once again, made everything like new. They are kind, professional, always on time, and have very competitive pricing. Stained and installed a barn door for me and my wife in a tough entryway. Extremely quick turn around, excellent communication, competitively priced, awesome people and great to work with. I have nothing bad to say and will absolutely be using them for any other house upgrades/renovations.

The price was reasonable and competitive and they used excellent materials. They also provided an excellent labor warranty. I hired them. Rising Tide actually got my roof put on in one day cleaned up the next morning, ran magnets around my driveway and walkways and yard to pick up any stray nails And basically left the house looking better, including the beautiful roof, then when they arrived on the job. I couldn’t be happier with their work and conduct. I recommend them highly.

I had a room that the previous homeowners used as dining room that exited through an open archway, with a half wall. I use this space as an office and so I wanted a door. I solicited several contractors to give me an idea and an estimate on how to install a door for this space. Rising Tide far surpassed any other contractor in that they were the most responsive, provided the most options, and actually cared about the various factors that mattered to me- namely reducing sound, while maintaining light. I concede that, for this space, it was a tall order, and achieving it would require a lot of brain work and physical labor to make happen. The other contractors either tried to talk me out of what I wanted to do, or so overpriced that option in an effort to re-direct me to select an easier solution. Rising Tide actually only provided choices that took those things into consideration. They involved my input in selecting materials, arrived when they said they would, and finished the job in a shorter time than was projected by any of the other companies. Additionally, each member of their team, from the designer to the installer, was super friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result. (I posted what the space looked like before, two process photos, and the finished product.

I recently hired Rising Tide Builders to build a 12 x 16 shed/building for my back yard. In a nutshell, they did great work. A testament to their honesty/moral fiber was when, unprompted and at their own expense, they took off the completed metal roof and added two more layers of protection to “make sure it met their high standards of quality.” The result is a weatherproof building I can put valuable collectibles in and not be concerned… all for under $10k. I’ll use them again and would happily refer them to family and friends.

After being recommended to me from a few people in the neighborhood, I hired this company to do new Hardie Siding and it turned out great. They identified a couple problem areas hidden behind original siding and corrected them. Dustin, Brandon, and Brian were extremely professional in their craftsmanship and customer service. For employment purposes I live out of state and I needed my roof replaced ASAP. I needed someone I could trust since I couldn't be there while the roof was being removed and replaced.
Rob Daily of Rising Tide Construction was recommended to me by a family member who was very familiar with their work. Not having much of a choice, I needed my roof done. I called and left a Rising Tide a brief message.
Rob promptly returned my call. He listened to me as I described what I needed and my concerns. Next day Rob had sent me a detailed invoice with diagrams about what he was going to and how it was going to be done. We discussed materials, types and colors and how long it would take to receive everything.
It took several weeks for all the materials to arrive and Rob would call and provide me with status updates as he received them from the vendor.
Once all the materials were delivered and the weather permitted. Dustin Capps managed the maintenance crew and began communicating with me about what was happening at the house until the job was done. He sent pictures since he knew I wouldn't be able to see it myself.
