We hired Rios to frame a custom home, and they did an excellent job! They were punctual, efficient, and completed the project within a great timeframe. They are easy to communicate with, and offer a wide range of construction services and insight. We were so impressed with their work that we ended up using them for multiple other projects beyond framing. Highly recommend their team for any construction needs!

Rios Framing is awesome. It is a family-run business and when we worked with them, Milton was the primary coordinator. We were doing a gut renovation of a 1930 house in Durham. I contacted Milton about doing the demolition and framing. They gave us a quick estimate and started swiftly. They did a huge demolition project and reframed the interior where we needed it. They kept us up to date throughout the project. They were reasonable when we needed to change things about scope. They left the site clean and ready for the next step. Thanks Rios Framing!

Great family business that cares about doing things right. For a framing project in an exterior wall, Milton explained what would be done and how the final cost might vary based on conditions exposed once the wall was fully opened. Dennis led the team with pride in the work and close attention to detail, making sure to apply house wrap and change flashing so it would protect the house. They saved me a little money where possible, like by using leftover paint I provided. Milton provides detailed estimates using SquareUp. They are very responsive and want to leave satisfied customers. I plan to call Rios Framing again for any framing and decking projects again in the Triangle.

I was finishing a DIY bonus room expansion and was looking for some professionals to frame skylight boxes for my design. Milton and his team came in and knocked the project out within a day to great results. They were professional, honest, communicated well, and did really high quality work at a very fair price. Milton and the crew were phenomenal to work with on our home addition. We had a pretty big build: added 1,000 sq ft, a two car garage, and remodeled some of the existing home. I was the owner/general contractor, and I found Milton to be a great partner and resource while navigating the permitting and planning process. I give this family business an excellent review, qualified that I did have several missed appointments. They were really busy and probably need an office manager or better computer scheduling to keep track of small job appointments. Recommended.

Milton and his crews were friendly, professional and did excellent work on our home addition. We had them frame and shingle our 2,600 square foot addition and it looks wonderful and they did it very fast working every day except Sundays until it was done. We hired Milton to help us finish a garden house that we had started, got the first floor framed up....then determined completing the second story and remaining of exterior would take us FOREVER (DIY) and honestly, was pushing our comfort zone with the level of our skillset for building. He was fantastic! He took on the project, coordinated his team to Frame second story, install windows, doors, do stairs, siding, metal roof, paint and all exterior trim. The project that started out it's life to be a "shed" and evolved to what is now an Amazing garden house!! (garden area to follow) Milton was very responsive, went over an beyond, and helped us navigate material purchases. We felt we couldn't have found a better person/company to push this project to the finish line!! Now on to the interior.

We are more than pleased by the work he did on our 1960's remodel and addition. They did everything from creating a walk in pantry, removing walls, reconfiguring cabinets in addition to building a gorgeous bedroom/bath addition and back porch/deck. His attention to detail and commitment to do the job at 110% is remarkable.

Milton & his crew helped us with the gut renovation of our home built in 1910. They helped us remove load bearing walls, rebuild a failing front porch roof, reframe new walls and floor joists, hang drywall, and repair/paint the wood exterior siding.
