Aaron is so professional and knowledgeable. I had others tell me they couldnt find where a leak was coming from, took Aaron a few moments on the roof and found the exact spot. Guys were here when they said, did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Great experience, I will definitely be using them again.

We had a great experience using them for our house in Wakefield. From our first meeting when they came out to give us a quote to final inspection, everyone we interacted with at Rinaldi was knowledgeable and professional. I especially appreciated how considerate they were regarding when they would be at the house working. They always called to confirm days and times, and if changes were needed, they would let us know in advance. Also, we are very happy with the final product and would recommend them to family and friends.

Nick Rinaldi was extremely hands on and responsive. We had an emergency with the roof and in two weeks time we had a beautiful brand new roof on our Saunderstown home. The cost was very fair. The cobblestone gray is gorgeous! The team was patient with our two huge dogs and they made sure they cleaned up the site in a meticulous manner. We highly recommend Rinaldi!

I can’t recommend Rinaldi roofing enough! This was the easiest and most seamless project I have ever done in Block Island in the 25 years I have owned my house. They replaced my sizable roof in less than two days and left the property as if nothing had occurred and it looks great. Giving Rinaldi 5-stars for transparency and service. Aaron M. came out and looked at our roof, gave us an honest assessment and a detailed quote. While he could have told us a replacement was urgent, he explained where the roof was actually in good condition and the pros/cons of replacing it now vs. waiting. He didn't try to sell us or rush us on something just to close a deal. We were able to make an informed decision and while we decided to wait a year or two on the work, Rinaldi will be top of mind when we do go forward.

Excellent experience working with Rinaldi from start to finish. They ripped and replaced the shingles on our nearly 100 year old home, and managed to complete everything in one day! The site managers Jordan and Mario clearly communicated with us about every detail of how the work was going. At the end of the day they walked us through the work that had been done and answered all the questions we had. Very thankful to them and the whole crew!

Everything was cleaned and swept once the work was finished. The look of the new roof exceeds our expectations. I would absolutely recommend them for an installation or replacement project!

Throughout the entire process, the Rinaldi Roofing team was courteous, timely, professional, competent, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Without the slightest hesitation, I would highly recommend them! One interesting aspect of the new roof involved improving the ventilation - this necessitated the installation of new rafter vents and updated soffits, these changes resulted in better airflow which made the attic much cooler, especially on hot days. Nick produced a clear and concise contract that identified these upgrades and also completely specified the scope (and price) of all work preformed. Austin worked with the install team, moved the project forward and kept me informed when an unforeseen problem was discovered - damaged wood (due to carpenter ants) in a small section of the lower eave. This section was subsequently restored to its original condition! During the final walk around with Austin, I appreciated the craftsmanship of Andreas’s install team and also noticed the thoroughness of the cleanup. Awesome job team Rinaldi!

From looking over my roof , setting up an install date and the completion of a top notch roofing and gutter guard job, this team impressed me . We have a 4 tear roof that only took the amazing team around 6 hours to complete. I have never seen a roofing team work so quickly yet with such precision. Five-star service from start to finish! Rinaldi Roofing did a wonderful job reroofing our house and replacing the gutters. Nick and Mark were great to deal with throughout the sales and delivery phases of the project. They were flexible in scheduling the work to accommodate competing trades, responsive to any change requests, and consistently overdelivered in every way.

The roofing crew were great: they were friendly, communicative, respectful, and executed the work quickly and effectively. They installed GAF Ultra asphalt shingles, fiberglass gutters, copper valleys and downspouts – a technological upgrade that was architecturally suitable for our early nineteenth-century house. When the work was done, the crew diligently removed all debris from the job, including a magnetic sweep to clear all nails and other metal objects.

We have additional projects in the works and will surely reach out to Nick and Mark for their support.

Rinaldi were great from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, gave me options, sent me pictures, kept in touch. Scheduled the roof as soon as weather improved. Dumpster and materials arrived day before and the work was completed in a day. During that time I got updates as I was away, lots of pictures and they cleaned away and left everything tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for a new roof and now my insurance goes down!!!!

I was absolutely stunned by how seamless and professional this entire process was. If you have had a big project done on your home then you just expect communication will be an issue. That did NOT happen. Matt (owner) came out to quote the job, he knowledgeable, honest, listened and wasn’t pushy. The price was fair and had small details that others quotes had missed. So when the job came there were no surprises.

I got frequent calls from the office about when the job would start and where I stood on the schedule. Every morning 8am like clockwork Marcus would call with the weather update. (Due to a lot of rain recently) The day came and the project manager Brandon and crew manager Andres were communicating with me every step of the way. Yard was spotless and the roof looks fantastic. Our red cedar shingled roof was 26 years old. The weathervane had fallen off our cupola which had seen better days. We are so fortunate to have found Rinaldi Roofing. We met with Matt Rinaldi. Matt explained everything; materials, workmanship, process. Rinaldi Roofing was fabulous every step of the way. They listened to us and were able to execute our plans with top notch craftsmanship using the best materials.  We wanted the shingles staggered, just 1/4 inch in a random-looking pattern of three shingles. The result is a natural and pleasing look.  The cupola is now a work of art thanks to Rinaldi’s copper craftsman, Darvin.  And Juan, our on-site project manager, was amazing. He was always there answering any questions and concerns we had as the job progressed. Juan kept everything working smoothly and efficiently, keeping the work area picked up, making sure supplies were available as needed, and prioritizing tasks for maximum efficiency. We could not be happier with the work Rinaldi Roofing did. And our roofing project came in slightly under the estimate.

In October 2024 we chose Rinaldi Roofing to replace our roof.
We were so pleased with their work and their company we hired them to rebuild our deck in 2025.
Elliott and Matt worked with us as they did with our roof.
They listened to our ideas and were so receptive and supportive to replace our old wooden deck with composite deck boards and red cedar wood railings. Kristen scheduled our project at the time we requested and organized a visit for our town building inspector, so work was not disrupted.
Brandon was the head construction supervisor and he and his team of Romeo, Rubin, Juan, and Alesandro were all exceptional craftsmen. Their attention to detail and design was amazing. Most of all they took pride in their work and wanted to please us. The cedar railings were built by hand on site and matched the design of our previous railing. They even built a small door in the wooden lattice for easy access to an electrical outlet.
Everyone was respectful of our property and the daily crew
clean-up was thorough. Brandon was on site daily to monitor the project and communicate any issues or concerns. Our deck project was completed in less than 1 week. Brandon and Elliott both returned to our home to make sure the work was completed as we requested.

To perspective customers: Nick and Matt were quick to respond to our initial inquiry with their first visit and presentation. They were very methodical in their inspections of our home both physically on our roof and in the inspection of our attic looking for issues. After those inspections they spent a good deal of time enlightening us on the products that they would be using on our home in the process. They brought us physical samples of the coloration of the different shingles for us to pick from for our job. We made our decisions after a few days on the colors of the shingles to be used. They spent a great amt of time explaining the cost of the job. Shortly after that meeting they contacted us with a date for the project. They came with a very good crew to strip the roof and replaced everything with their upgraded materials. They supplied the roll off container for all of the old materials. Insurance initially denied our storm damage claims, but fortunately Elliott’s knowledge and persistence got us approved after 8 long months. The team onsite worked fast, and managed to remove, install, and clean up in just one day.
