Ryon Dudley was my contact. This was a hail claim and Ryon worked directly with the insurance company. I did nothing. The claim was approved and 10 days later I had a new roof. The crew was fast and efficient and the clean up was thorough. Even the claims adjustor from the insurance company commented on how easy it was to work with Ryon and Riley's.

We needed a complete re-roof after the May 30, 2024 hailstorm. Riley's Roofing was prompt, professional and easy to work with. Our main point of contact, Ryon, provided excellent customer service throughout. It certainly helped getting them involved early on to help navigate the insurance claim process.

Working with Riley's was easy, from the inspection to the instalation. Jake was awesome throughout every step in the process. I thought I had a leak but it was my gutter backed up allowing water to flow behind my siding. Jake cleaned my gutters for me, not part of his job but he did it anyways. Thank you! How many times do you hire a contractor, agree on a price and they end up charging you less. Almost NEVER! They showed up on time, helped me move the roof tiles to be used out of storage.. Then got to work. They finished in just over an hour, replacing 15 tiles and two roof caps. Couldn't be more satisfied. Ok... maybe if it was free, but it was worth every penny spent.

Amazing experience with the team. Had a bit of a challenging situation where the claim was initially denied by insurance but Ryon helped push in to get a second evaluation. Claim got approved and the roof was replaced within a couple weeks! Throughout the process Ryon had quick and clear communication.

I’m a homeowner in a townhouse community. Our HOA contracted with Riley Roofing, and after some grumbling about the increased HOA fees, I can say that it was worth. They were super efficient, considerate of the home owners and did a great job cleaning up. If you’re an HOA, property management company or home owner, these guys will do a great job.

So we live in GVR The Reserve and had damage to our roof because of the hail. Josh came hightly recommended by several other neighbors. He has a great reputation. He has a 5 star rating and has no complaints. He works with multiple insurance companies. He has been vetted by others in our community. I asked Josh to look at my roof to see if there was enough damage from hail to file a claim. He did not think there was enough damage to justify a claim. He did take pictures so there could be before and after comparison when the next big storm hits so my insurance company can see what is new damage. Very smart on Josh's part. I will call him after the next storm for sure!!

This is a very good company. We had them replace our 15 year old roof due to longstanding hail damage. We worked with Ryon as our point person -- he was extremely reliable, extremely communicative, absolutely went many extra miles to be the liaison between us and our insurance company, and did everything he could to keep the out of pocket expenses down. During the project (while I was at work), we received drone pictures of the work being done, and texts from Ryon explaining what was happening. Once everything was done, we received an invoice and communication from Ryon that we should still be expecting some payments from our insurance company, and during the delay, we were given no pressure to pay our invoice until our insurance payments came through. The guys did a good job on the roof and also a good job with cleanup (which was important to us since we have 3 kids under 6 running around in the yard all day, and I don't need roofing-nail-related injuries). To top everything off, after we sent final payment over, we received a nice "certificate of completion" in the email which details the nature of the work, the type of shingles used, and details of their own warranty. Presumably this can be used to lower insurance rates in the future (since they use class IV shingles), provide to future home buyers as proof of recent roof replacement, provide to insurance companies in the future if needed, etc.

In the Denver, Colorado world of very suspect and very sub-par contractors, Riley's stands out as a very, very solid choice.

I met Jakob Perkins, a project manager for Riley’s at my buddy’s housewarming party. I was actually interested in getting our roof examined after several hail storms and it was good to get a referral from a friend who is a real estate agent. Jakob came out and inspected the roof along with an adjuster from our insurance company. Then our insurance company “forgot” about us for 6 weeks, despite despite Jakob and I calling repeatedly. Finally, Jakob was able to get an approval for the claim. The project was really quick, the work look and performs great, and we are really happy with the wonderful communication all the way through the project.

Having Riley's Roofing replace my roof, which was damaged last summer by hail, was one of the best home maintenance decisions I have ever made. After I made the decision, the rest of the process was handled by Riley's Roofing and was an entirely stress-free experience.

Jakob Perkins, Project Manager, oversaw the entire undertaking in an extremely friendly and professional manner, from conducting the initial roof inspection, to working directly with the insurance appraiser, coordinating the completion of necessary insurance forms and documents, securing the required permit from the town, and seeing to it that the new roof installation was done properly.

The roofing team that did the actual work was outstanding. The team's work ethic and the quality of the job it did were exceptional. The entire roof replacement, including clean-up, took less than a day and a half.

Riley's Roofing replaced my roof after the hail storms in 2023. Ryon Dudley was the project manager and he was so awesome to work with. He handled everything. He dealt with the insurance company, answered any questions I had, and the new roof looks great. There was even a new vent that was a little beat up and they came out and replaced it right away. The Riley's Roofing project manager, Ryon Dudley was always timely in his response to questions and updates regarding the replacement of my home roof due to hail damage. He was also on-site when the work was performed in February 2024. The materials and dumpster were delivered on the date promised and the work started the next day. Our HOA requires a specific shingle from a national manufacturer who originally provided new, but cosmetically defective shingles, identified by Riley's, which had to be removed and replaced. The Riley's project manager handled all the warranty matters with the shingle manufacturer and the installation of a second new roof by Riley’s which passed inspection. Riley's Roofing of Lakewood, Colorado was referred by a neighbor who used Riley’s. Riley’s has done roof replacement work for several homes in our Highlands Ranch neighborhood as a result of a big hail storm in June 2023. I had a good experience working with Riley's on our roof replacement.

Working with Riley’s Roofing was seamless. The project manager was always available to answer any questions, and he communicated with our insurance company often. Riley's Roofing replaced our roof in Oct 2023 and did an excellent job. Ryon Dudley guided us through the process and patiently answered my many questions. The team did a great job on repair day, including cleaning up the debris and most of the nails that had fallen to the ground. Our solar provider damaged the roof in two places on reinstall and Riley's completed that minor repair and worked with the solar provider to pay for that repair. Riley's technician on that repair went above and beyond. I highly recommend Ryon Dudley and Riley's Roofing.
