Greg and his team helped us with a particularly challenging roof replacement project several years ago. Our home is historic, our roof pitch is just below the reasonable cutoff for shingles in our CO climate, but it is not a true flat roof so our decisions would be visible from the street. There were also two unique balcony conditions that needed to be re-worked for slope & drainage. Greg was one of the few residential contractors we could find in the area who could assist us with TPO - a traditionally commercial product. We faced a normal amount of challenges with our project given how custom the solutions needed to be, and Greg stepped in every time to help solve our roadblocks, address our concerns, and keep the project moving to completion - including custom metalwork for a fascia section that proved to be challenging for size. He was available for several support issues after the fact, including explaining technical considerations to our insurance company who wanted to argue the necessity of the material chosen (TPO). Greg truly cares, which in my vast experience with contractors is a trait that makes him top notch.

We moved into a house this fall and had hail damage during the closing period. We had a hail storm, and they handled all the repairs (in addition to the roof) and communicated completely with the insurance company. I hardly did anything and they did an great job on the repairs. We had a total roof replacement due to significant hail damage. Greg and the crew at New Roofs Plus are what the definition of service should be. Communication was by far the best I have ever experienced. Greg took a highly detailed and very convoluted insurance claim document and turned it into a concise and easy to read spreadsheet. This makes determining the major costs of replacing the roof far easier to understand for the average person. This was only the beginning. The roof was removed and replaced in one day; we live in a multi-level house that exceeds 40 ft. The entire work flow was explained and strictly adhered to. This included events leading up to and after roof repair, such as additional requests from me and cleanup, which was meticulous. Greg worked directly with the insurance company. The invoice was never mentioned until I was completely satisfied with the results. I could go on. but I think I’ve made my point.

The roof on my house in Perry Park is very steep, difficult and dangerous to access but the good folks at New Roof Plus arose to the occasion and after removing the existing asphalt shingles they installed a beautiful standing seam metal roof to a high standard at a fair price. Everyone at the company is very polite, competent, professional and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Also a shout out to 5280 Metal for the excellent job of supplying and cutting the metal panels on site. Their advice on going with the 1.75 inch rib I think really made the final product stand out.

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this company. Our roof was damaged in the wind storm in April 2024 when a giant pine tree was uprooted from our yard and landed on our house. Needless to say, it was very stressful and, unfortunately, our insurance company was not cooperative. Greg with New Roof Plus was amazing! We are glad we found Greg Jones with New Roof Plus of Denver. We felt well-informed and cared for from the first point of contact to the finish line. I reached out on Saturday, and we had rough pricing via the convenience of "Eagleview" imaging by 6 a.m. Monday.
What I appreciated most about this first step was that Mr. Jones provided us with his pricing to complete the project before even asking for our insurance estimate. I offered it upfront, but he declined, stating he would look after he provided pricing first. That was sincere business.
Once we decided to go with New Roof Plus, everything went smoothly. We received an introduction email from the office manager, Dawn, who provided essential details about our work to be done and our project manager, including their contact information. Additionally, we were given PDFs that outlined what to expect the day before, the day of, and the final day of the roof installation. Dawn remained responsive, accessible, and highly organized. I liked being informed about how to best prepare for the project, and I loved resting in the fact people were focused on their roles within this company.
Stefan, our project manager, then contacted us. This communication certainly provided a strong sense of a system in place within New Roof Plus, as well as employees who were attentive to their duties and to our project. Shingles were next, and we were provided with options for our review.
The day of delivery went as planned. Installation was orchestrated well. As expected with any large project involving multiple workers on site at once, a couple of very minor "hiccups" occurred. When mentioned, they were rapidly addressed and resolved above and beyond expectation.

I have been a landlord in Highlands Ranch, Colorado for over 20 years. I have had to deal with several hail storms and recently was impacted by the tornado on June 22, 2023 which damaged the roof on one of my rentals. I did a very detailed search of roofers in my area and selected New Roof Plus based on their work done in the Highlands Ranch and Littleton areas. We really wanted to move from an asphalt roof to a metal stone coated using Decra. Decra recommended New Roof Plus and I immediately spoke with Greg to have him come out and do a bid on my property. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and walked me through the roofing material and process they use to install the roof. He gave me about 15 names and addresses in the local area that New Roof Plus had completed that I could reach out to get their references. I called all 15 individuals and physically went to see their roofs. The jobs that they did were just beautiful, all the references highly recommended New Roof Plus and it was clear that we wanted to do business with New Roof Plus and signed that day.

Greg provided daily updates about the job as it was started and eventually completed. It took about 4 days from start to finish to remove the roof, install the new roof and get everything approved through the permit process. Greg’s team worked incredibly hard and delivered such a beautiful final result. I would highly recommend Decra product as it has a 50-year warranty and your insurance will even give you a discount on your home owner’s insurance. My mom has had Decra over 20 years through multiple hail storms and it looks just as good as when it was installed. Greg’s team did a great job cleaning up the job site and ensure everything was properly cleaned after the roof was installed.

Dawn runs the front office at New Roof Plus and got all my paperwork ready for my insurance company so I could get all the discounts on my roof and did so in the same day as when the roof was completed. We highly recommend Greg at new roof. You will find Greg to be pleasant, thorough, competent, and most importantly, honest. We weren’t sure what we wanted to replace our shake shingle roof with, but we knew what we did not want. Greg presented options and followed through with the roof that we found on the web; requesting a sample for us to see. Once the sample arrived, we did not like it but Greg was still willing to look into anything else we might have found in the internet. There were some issues with our insurance due to city code, and Greg resolved the conflict with the insurance company and city code to our satisfaction. After a few weeks, we finally decided on a metal roof and Greg never showed anything but patience while we debated, and then changed our mind, on which roof color to use. As far as installation, Greg kept his schedule, the crew was great and cleaned up after themselves about as good as could be expected. There were a couple of adjustments to be made on the skylights, and they were taken care of very timely. As an aside Greg recommended the skylights and we’ve been very happy with his recommendation. We are six months down the road from the installation and we recently uncovered one small problem. Calling Greg about the problem brought him out to the house ASAP and he will be resolving the issue when weather permits. We will be adding more snow guards now that winter snows have demonstrated just where they are needed. Greg doesn’t mind coming back to add them!

New Roof Plus followed up to ensure that all of the work promised had been accomplished and to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. New Roof Plus provided all required completion documents without being prompted. I recommend them highly.

I was in construction, and I am particular about workmanship, and I have never hired a company that was able to do as good a job as I could. I have replaced 4-5 roofs, but I am retired now and did not want to do it, so we decided to hire Greg and his company. Greg replaced the roof on a neighbor's house and they had good things to say about him.
I am really glad I hired Greg. He and Stefan, the project manager, kept us in the loop as to what was happening. The workmanship was excellent, with every course laid down straight, the flashings and vents installed perfectly, and every seam caulked generously but neatly. I have never hired a company that so exceeded my own standards. Even the cleanup was exceptional. I walked around the house after the job and could not find a scrap of shingle, a nail, or even much dust! A hearty 5 stars for sure.

I contacted Greg and New Roof Plus after months of unresolved issues and delays from another roofing company. Greg met with me and discussed concerns I had in regard to workers and possible disruption of landscaping during the project..
He had his people begin work immediately to replace the hail damage to both the flat and the mansard roofs. I expected alot of mess in my yard from the tearing off of the roofs, but there was nothing left on the ground as they worked. The team that replaced the flat roof was outstanding. They met with me daily giving me information as to steps they were taking to complete the job. The team replacing the mansard roof arrived early each day and worked until sunset.
Greg came by daily to consult with me, making sure that I had no concerns, and he spent time with the workers regarding their progress.
Greg goes beyond what one would expect of customer service! He has kept in close contact with me and has been here to go over and inspect the finished work on both roofs. This was a big project, but it was completed with no delays due to his outstanding supervision.
