As a fellow small business owner, I try my hardest to always support similar businesses. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have had with doing so. I hired Riley Services to do some work for me, and about halfway through, I paid the second half of the invoice. From that moment, the completion date has continued to be pushed further and further away. At this point, it has been almost 6 months, and I can’t get a response at all via call, text, or email and have no way of being refunded for the money paid for a job that was never completed. I am not one to leave a negative review, but due to the huge lack of communication I have experienced and now having to pay someone else to finish a job I have already paid for, I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the experience I have.
