Ty Parsons with Riker Home Services came over and was quick, helpful, provided immediate solutions and talked me through long-term ones as well. Really appreciated his honesty and will be using them again!

Needed my roof and gutters replaced after a storm. Was referred to Riker Home Services and found them to be very professional and courteous and did a great job. My key contact, Sam Page, kept me updated throughout. Took longer than I had hoped due to weather, but otherwise very satisfied with the quality of the installation and all the help Sam gave me.

Chris, Nick, and Jake went above and beyond. They went up on my roof to inspect hail damage, found a few holes and put tarps up to prevent leaking. Didnt ask for money or commitment to use their services. Just genuine concern for the customer and it truly shows in the rest of their reviews.

Ty answered my call and helped me during evening hours with an issue regarding while our garage door would not close. He was kind and gave me different solutions to try, even offering to come out himself and take a look at it if needed. He was able to isolate what was going on over the phone and my garage door went down! Yay!

We had the Riker Team come out and complete some maintenance items. Discovered that there were more ways to decrease weather events getting into our garage. Exceptional Service and really great customer services. They did not over recommend and instead reported that we did not have to do a lot of work to get the garage in better shape!

Riker provided emergency next morn service. Had to have new system installed. Adam Robinson, technician, was professional, explained all options in detail and did a great job installing my system. Very pleased.

UPDATE 11/20/24: Riker came back out and repaired and/or fixed what needed to be done last week. We are satisfied with what was done by Daniel. Thank you, Riker Home Services for standing by your warranty and word. In today's times that means a lot.

Riker did a kitchen remodel for us. It took over 7 months (contract signed in Feb. 2024 to Sept. 2024) to "almost" complete the kitchen and never finish the painting with 5 punch lists given to them. Other items that were added were never finished due to another sub that worked under Riker, and then didn't work for them anymore. Loose tiles on tile floor, crown moulding never painted, etc. The owner tried to mitigate, but was unable or unwilling to finish/correct them all. We have lots of photos, but didn't want to beleaguer this posting.

We reached out to D. Riker via text regarding a warranty claim on September 30, 2024, on their portion of the work performed, and never heard back. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Riker home services is amazing! I was introduced to them via signing up for the Bacon friends and family plan. They have come in and dealt with the damage I had from a leaky toilet, and have come to perform my standard maintenance on my garage door. At the end of the garage door visit everything was tightened and greased properly, and they got me hooked up with a surge protector that they guarantee for 3 years if any electric issues damage my set up they will repair at no cost. They are professional, friend and just overall a joy to deal with. Special shout outs to Ty and to Adam they were awesome!

The main spring to my garage door broke and I called Riker. Within 1.5 hours their technician had arrived. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. The job was done within 45 minutes. It was excellent service and I highly recommend Riker Home Services.

Adam the technician who came to our house was amazing. Our garage door hasn't been maintained and Adam took the time to check and inspect everything! Feels like the doors are new again! Riker Home Services arrived promptly on the schedule time to provide a tune up on our home garage door. In the 15 years we've lived in our home we have never had our garage door serviced or tuned up. Adam, who was our technician introduced himself and we examined the garage door visual as he was amazed that we never had any tune ups. He explained in clear terms what he was going to do during his visit. I then let Adam get to his job without interference. It didn't take Adam long to finish the job, when completed he walked me through what he had done. There was a heavy petroleum smell in the garage where he had lubed up the track on the rails. But by gosh, I have never heard that garage door run so quietly and smoothly, even 15 yrs ago when it was brand new. Adam was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the job performed. He did not try to upsale me new items like springs or track wheels. I enjoyed talking with Adam and will look forward to seeing him again in 6 months. I would recommend using Rikers Home Services which is a Veteran owned business. I support locally owned businesses and hope others are as conscious about supporting our communities.

I was unbelievably lucky to have Daniel Menard of Riker Roofing as my roofer. He was always out front making the way smooth for me. It's clear he had my best interests at heart and made things easy for me. Daniel facilitated a wonderful roofing outcome for me! Even after the job was completed he checked to make sure I was getting a discount from my insurance company because of my new hail resistant roof. How often in life do you meet someone like Daniel? I would say it just doesn't happen but in my case it did. Daniel of Riker Roofing sets the gold standard for the best of the best.
