The patio extension, connecting gate, and trash can pad were the work done by NuGen, and we're very happy and satisfied with the results. John was great at communicating and sending updates. Every question I had, he answered promptly and professionally. All the workers were on time and worked efficiently to ensure the work was finished promptly.

NuGen extended my concrete patio and poured a garbage can pad with fence. They did a great job. They were very prompt with their communication to me. They quoted a very reasonable price. Cleaned up after they were finished.

Very happy how my yard turned out. Extended patio, and gravel sides. Great customer service, responsive and gives continuous updates. Wild animal took a couple steps on the concrete slab and they are fixing it with his next job!

Billy is a pleasure to work with. My back yard & they side have been a swamp every time it has rained since I moved in. French drains are in place, gutters were even tied in. No more standing water! And when the HOA finaly gives the OK, he will build our patio for out outdoor relaxing and pad for storage building. We wont have to worry about water not draining.

It took a very long time to get the city permits but once we did the work started quickly. We did have some issues when it started raining but were addressed. The workers were all great!

From the pictures we could tell there was roof damage from the hail storm and Billy confirmed this. He was very honest and quick to respond. He is even upgrading my client to a 40 year old roof! We recently purchased a new to us home that still had copper wiring and other things that needed to be repaired electrical wise due to previous owner renovations not being done correctly. The guys who came out did a great job! they were here for 3-4 hours but made sure everything was completed before leaving. They made sure to communicate everything they were doing and asking questions. they where even very considerate since our dog was inside and made sure she didn't get out. The contractors were very polite and I would definitely love to have them fix any future issues we may run into.

We worked with NuGen following the “great hailstorm of 2019”. They managed and arranged replacement of our roof, siding paint/repair, & window repair. We did experience some miscommunication challenges. However, the team met with us immediately & addressed every concern ensuring our full satisfaction. In my book that’s the difference between a good company & a great one. This is a Great company with excellent customer service & great work!!

Had my roof replaced by Nugen and a bathroom removal...they did a great job on both. Relocated my water heater to make my shower bigger and fixed some damage drainage pipes.

NuGen has provided such excellent customer service and workmanship. Our HOA was sending letters regarding our leaning fence that had been damaged since a recent storm. Nugen went out of their way to send updates to our HOA ensuring the fence will be repaired as soon as Insurance had approved repairs. The work was quickly done and even when there were issues, Nugen was easy to get a hold of to provide updates and address concerns.

Couldnt ask for better communication from a company. Johnathon walked me through the process of replacing my roof and kept me informed from start to finish. The roof was replaced in one day and it was absolutely beautiful! Would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone not knowing who they can trust.
