Very Pleasant experience. The items we had stressed concerns with in our first meeting were all addressed. Materials were delivered on time and Both George and there QC control made multiple visits during construction to ensure a quality product. End result was a beautiful roof thats been getting tons of compliments.

Experienced hails storm last night. George is the fifth company that ring my doorbell to offer roof inspections. Three companies “representatives “ dressed in street clothes, I don’t even know which company they are representing. When George introduced himself, he just asked for permission to give him few minutes of my time, give me a brief background of his company, processing time in case I need a claim, types of roof shingles used and installation time. The explanation was clear and presented to me very professionally. He then asked me to give him the opportunity to do an inspection of my roof. I didn’t need to make a decision or commitment after the inspection. He did a complete inspection of my roof, took pictures then explained the issues caused by the hails are very minor and the roof still looks good, no damages. It was a pleasure experience talking to George. I kept his business card in case for future needs. I will definitely refer him and his company to my friends.

Amazing experience with this company and the individual George. Sprcially, for their honesty . They could have bluffed about the damage and could have taken the advantage like the other company which gave me a 40k quote to repair the roof. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Restoration Builders did a great job replacing the roof on our condominium building. They were professional, extremely helpful with all of the questions we had, and made sure that all owners affected were well informed about the process and timeline for completion of project.

It took over a year after receipt of my initial estimate from Restoration Builders before I made the decision to have my roof replaced. I decided to go with an impact roof and it looks amazing. The installers arrived on time and completed the roof as promised.
A couple of weeks after the roof was installed the roofer sent out another team to inspect the work.

One area they can work to improve is the timeliness of billing. I had ro reach out to them a few times to ask them to send me a bill.

They did go above and beyond when they went back to my insurance company and were able to get me an addtl reimbursement due to the increase in the cost of materials (after I received a denial letter from my insurance company saying they wouldn't pay because it took me too long to get my roof repaired).

These guys are great. I’m a custom home builder and commercial real estate investor. They have helped me on both apartments and some of my larger multimillion dollar homes. District A Townhomes is a residential community of 183 townhomes, each individually owned, in 20 different buildings located in Addison, Texas. Our original roofs made of PVC are each approximately 15 years old, and due to the weather, and to hailstorms over the past couple of years we have experienced leaks and other failures.

We contacted Aspenmark Roofing and Solar about 1.5 years ago, and throughout the process of working with them the relationship would not be called a “customer-vendor relationship”, but would instead be called a true partnership. From the beginning of the roof replacement process that began with an insurance claim, through multiple engineering inspections and reports, through planning and purchasing new roofs for about half of our buildings, through the actual re-roofing, Aspenmark has demonstrated true excellence in all aspects of the process. They are highly professional, truly knowledgeable of roof repair (of roofs that still have useful life), and roof replacement. During the actual re-roofing process, they exceeded all expectations for timeliness, on-the-job execution of the project (from first delivery of materials through final cleanup), and working with GAF on the roof warranty. They have demonstrated integrity, customer care, excellence in fulfilling the actual work, and real pride in their work.

We now have nine of our 20 buildings re-roofed, and when it comes time to re-roof the others, we fully expect to work again with Aspenmark.

They are first-rate in every aspect of what they do.

They came the day and time they said. Was surprised they layed tarp all around the house to drop off the shingles. Had very little mess in the yard. Finished in one day. Very pleased with what I picked out. Scott and his assistant were wonderful throughout the process. I felt bad having to reschedule but reassured me it was no problem. They checked on how things were the next day and even came back and checked the yard to make sure they got all the nails up. I will definitely give their business cards out to people. I work with insurance and always looking for companies that give the kind of service your company gave me.

Aspenmark Roofing replaced our condominium's roof after hail damage. They worked well with our property to make sure all the roofing material was cleaned up each day and they were cognizant of the residents on getting in and out of the property as it was a tight space to work. Even with the storms that rolled in during the replacement they were able to complete the replacement on time. The construction leads were all professional and were on site during the entire replacement to answer questions and make sure the process went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

They replaced a chimney cap and the entire process was seamless. Great value compared to others with a longer warranty and even did some additional work without nickel and diming. Can't ask for more than that.

The entire AspenMark roofing team was extraordinary in every. All members of the team were highly professional, extremely competent, hard-working and very organized. They were also conscientious, friendly and accommodating. The sheer number of crew members (each with their assigned duties) ensured that the roof installation project was completed on a timely basis without compromising quality.
In the end, ApenMark Roofing provided completed all three of my rentals with an exceptionally high quality roof that will last for at least thirty years. As a small business owner I simply cannot be more satisfied with the outcome. The quality of these new roofs is clearly evident... it actually looks fantastic and feels great. The high quality of the installation can be seen in even the smallest of details. To say the least, my fellow business partners and I are extremely impressed. I also want to commend Jessie Paterson for going the extra mile through out the process. He is a rare commodity in his industry.

Aspenmark provided a competitive bid and while doing so brought up issues, like roof venting, which may save utility costs in the summer. Steven was my sales rep (not high pressure but thoughtful) and he was always available. Ellis monitored the removal and installation. Overall they were professional and good workmanship preformance.

A drive-by roofing company checked our roof and said we had major hail issues. They showed us examples circled in chalk in some photos. They are registered on BBB but only in business less than a year. We found AspenMark in our Plano recommended contractor guide, BBB A+, 12 yrs in business. They checked the roof, including the chalk circles, and said our 5yr old roof is fine! A couple superficial dings on the vents and gutters but that's it. Wow! What a great company! Surprising and rare.
