Such an amazing company! I'm a realtor and one of my clients had repair work done by a solar company who was absolutely terrible! Days away from closing and the solar company work put the transaction in jeopardy of not closing. I called Chase and told him our horrific situation; told him I needed him to confirm the work was bad and couldn't guarantee that he would get the job. He wasn't worried, just wanted to help my seller. Went out that day, accessed that the work was terrible. Told me he could get his best crew out the next day and DID! What I read in other reviews and what I experienced with Alex, Anthony, and Chris at Imperium definitely lined up. No pushy sales tactics, lots of helpful information, and good, friendly service. They replaced my roof, gutters, and broken down parts of my fence all while walking me through the claims process with my insurance. If you have recent storm damages, I highly recommend calling these guys before you even notify insurance. They'll have lots of good info on how to approach the process. Everything looks great, and they were able to get it all done within the scope of my insurance claim.

I recently had a roof inspection done. Anthony and David came and viewed my roof via drone and ladder'd up to the top. Afterwards, he gave me an honest opinion of not needing any work done. There's some damage, but not enough to cause concern. I appreciate their integrity and honesty. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Clint and his Imperium Roofing team couldn’t have been any better. After an ice dam caused a roof leak, they came out and tarped the roof the very day I called. Clint’s communication was top notch, and he helped me navigate insurance, even sending a representative to look at the roof with the insurance adjuster, resulting in a better settlement than what was originally offered.
