Of ten estimates, Right Way Roofing had the lowest bid for my residential cement tile roof. They also have the best warranty available with 50 (yes “fifty”) years for both the underlayment as well as workmanship. The underlayment manufacturer independently confirmed the warranty directly with me in writing. The manufacturer has been in business 167 years. The work was done on time and thoroughly cleaned up. The roofer used heavy duty tarps around the house and provided two for indoors for when replacing my two skylights. You really can’t go wrong with this firm!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Right Way.. Never have I been so happy with a company on a home project from beginning to end. It started with needing an urgent roof inspection & report to meet the 3 days left on the inspection period for a home purchase. They came out and provided the report same day - not customary but did so upon our request. The project was scheduled within a few weeks and the project team communicated thoroughly and often leading up to the start date. When I reached out with questions, received a response right back from the office crew, Amber and team. The roof crew showed up every day on time (actually early)and worked through the June Phoenix heat, laughing and talking to one another - that says a lot about the crew and their morale & work ethic. Javier was our onsite project lead - adjusted to our preference for communication and sent updates daily but was willing to send them by the hour if we wanted! Gave us a chance to paint our fascia boards, working with our personal & work schedules. At the end, he called the crew out for some final touches and to make sure all nails and debris were removed thoroughly. The owner of the company, Lori, even called to check in - who does that!? Excellent. No one wants to spend $ on a new roof but that said, their price was competitive, materials are high quality, and they are completely trustworthy. Recommend 10x over.

I must admit, picking out a contractor for a large project (by an average homeowners perspective) is a little bit intimidating, as so often the work ends up being less than hoped for and at a higher price than expected. Well, that did not happen with Right Way, from start to finish it was an amazing experience. From our initial meeting with their salesperson, John Bell, until Jeff Braasch walked our roof for the final inspection upon completion, the entire process was flawless. Absolutely no surprises at all, including living up to the original price. To receive a call from the business owner Lori at the end to insure we were happy was a very nice touch. I would would definitely recommend Right Way with no reservations at all.

I want to say thank you to your team, Kevin was excellent at communicating with me the entire way, the follow up and a personal call from Lori topped it off. I have received compliments on the way the roof looks. I didn't have to wait long to get on the schedule and finished 99% in 1 day, and a couple days after they were back to finish.
