As a first time home owner who had never dealt with insurance before, Don was extremely helpful with walking me through the process and picking out what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to deal with my insurance company and fight for extra money towards the issues that needed to be fixed. I'm extremely happy with my choice to use Right Way Roofing and More and I've happily recommended them to many people I know if they ever need a contractor!
We are very happy with the work completed by Right Way Roofing and More on our home. Don gave us a competitive quote when searching for roofing, siding and trim services. He was very transparent with project costs. He took the time to inspect our attic to ensure nothing needed attention on the inside, which other contractors did not do.
The work was done in a timely manner and Don gave us updates throughout the whole process. I was impressed by his frequent site visits to ensure quality work and that the project was going as planned. The clean up went smoothly and they did a great job.
We learned that Don’s company does interior projects as well. We were satisfied with the work that was recently completed, so we decided to have our garage drywalled and painted. They hauled away the old shingles and rotting wood and left the job site very clean (no debris and no nails). Don made sure to send photos throughout the process and upon completion. He took the time to explain the different options for us. It's rare that you find an owner who actually comes to the job site and makes sure that everything is done in a professional manner. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them to anyone. 5 Stars for Don and Right Way Roofing & More!
