Ridout Lumber of Searcy

went in to get a price for a door. 3 people in front were all busy at desks or on phone. walked back to doors I guess the lady could not get up to help.....it was like I had to drag all the info from her just if we wanted a job done there was a bulletin board up front with names of contractors. I was only customer in store.....won't be back!

I will never do business with this store again. When I went in to get the small items I needed I had to hunt someone down to help with what I needed. And to clarify, I was the only customer in the store. Once I got the items I needed from inside the store and got the ticket for my lumber I drove around to the loading area and had to wait for one of the employees to acknowledge my existence. Then the person was upset because I was there to load a little bit of lumber in the rain so he just decided to go inside the store so that he wouldn't have to get wet or anything else. I am disabled and so is the other person that went with me to help me. We ended up having to load ourselves and the person that was with me ended up hurting his knee that he had just recently had surgery on which could have been prevented if the employees would have done their job. You can't drive around the lumber yard area because it is a absolute disaster. I would not recommend this store!!!

1st time using them today. Surprised to find price very reasonable and customer service was excellent. Definitely earned my repeat business.
