Ridgemark Home Remodeling is the BEST! They have done 3 projects for me including a master bathroom remodel. All of the employees and contractors (when needed) are polite, personable, punctual, and knowledgeable. Tad is fabulous at communicating timelines and estimates and overall progress throughout a project. He is my first and last call when I need help with a house project.

Tad is simply the best contractor we’ve ever worked with. He’s experienced, has a great sense for aesthetics and promptly returns phone calls!

Tad’s estimate was the most detailed and accurate of all the estimates we got. No surprises and everything was done within the budget.

Our old upstairs bathroom was a disaster. We needed to completely replace all the plumbing, electrical, tiling and flooring. Tad and his team handled all of it. I’m amazed at how nice the new bathroom came out!

As a designer my client’s always ask me to recommend a few contractors for their projects, Tad is always on the top of the list for his great work and communication for the past 10 years. Working with Tad and his team was great and the results were fabulous, they pay attention to all the details. I've taken entirely too long to write this review, and that's a shame because Tad and his crew at Ridgemark Home Remodeling were entirely gracious and so willing to work with me throughout my bathroom remodel.
I'd been hard done by a previous "contractor" who left me burned after stealing my deposit. Years had dragged by living with a lightly demo'd bathroom (the only one in the house) through litigation. I must have interviewed 5 different new contractors before having Ridgemark suggested. Tad walked into a situation with me, a very skeptical homeowner with some materials already on hand, and turned it around.
My house dates from roughly the 1840's, with various oddities and "make-do's" that you find in older homes. I knew that there would be more discoveries as we went.
Tad handled everything that came up with good humor and professionalism. From the permit process, to the various inspections, to mystery posts that surfaced in the walls, he just handled it. He was so respectful of my knowledge of the house and period building construction, even looking out for my very elderly cat through the process. The crew was even able to pull off the pocket door, and I couldn't be happier.
I suppose I dragged my feet on this because it's hard to believe my ordeal with this dang bathroom is finally over. It is all due to Tad and his crew that I can enjoy my new, solid, structurally sound, beautiful bathroom today. It's a difficult space to photograph well because it's so small - my bad photography shouldn't negatively affect any judgement of the work done.
Some day I hope to redo my kitchen, and there's no one else right now I would call.

Tad recently helped me with several remodeling projects. He did an amazing job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The projects included building a kitchen island, replacing a bathroom vanity, and replacing countertops in kitchen and two bathrooms. He also removed and replaced stair railings, posts and balusters. Each time we hit a design or logistical stumbling block, Tad was quick to propose custom solutions that were both creative and aesthetically pleasing. I’m thrilled with his work and would hire him again without hesitation!

If you want a team that will respect you and your home through the chaos of a remodel, you have to go with Ridgemark. Tad and his team and subs are fantastic to work with. After a year of major projects, we have gotten to know them and just think the world of them all. They do exceptional work, particularly in these old houses that are anything but standard and make it look perfect. Due to our pets safety (aka I’m crazy about safety!) they ensured the construction space was cleaned up and organized every single evening before they left. I recommend them to everyone I know if I decide to do more work on my house, Ridgemark will be my only call thanks to such a good experience with them.

Tad is amazing. My first renovation and he made it such a smooth process. Was very accommodating with scheduling around my me and my kids. Was quick to respond, assess the project and provided feedback and suggestions. His communication is on point. He made sure to communicate with me every day, keeping me up to date on what was done that day and what the next week looked like. My renovation was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommended.
