When I found out I needed to replace my roof it immediately became a huge source of stress in my life. I had heard about Patrick through a word of mouth referral from a prior client and called him. I’m glad I did. From the beginning Patrick was professional, responsive and kind. He walked me through everything that would need to be done and the reasons behind it. The estimate he ended up giving me was well below what I had anticipated on having to pay. In addition to this he got the job completed in a single day within roughly one week of signing the contract with him. His crew did a fantastic job and my new roof looks great. From start to finish our entire experience with Patrick was outstanding. He was extremely responsive to all communications, met with us at our home to educate us on our options and offer his professional insight based on years of industry experience. He prepped and cleaned up our property with respect and care and used quality materials on our new roof. With the new roof, our home looks like a million bucks and so I’d say the price was more than fair. I’ve already recommended Patrick to family and friends. I know they won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend! We recently lost some shingles on our roof due to extreme wind. Patrick was incredibly prompt in coming out to assess the issue and provide a quote. His team came out to do the work and fix the shingles shortly after. Very prompt, professional and well priced. We’ll definitely use Patrick and his team for future work!

I'll write how I arrived at choosing Patrick Glynn roofing to start. I got one quote prior to talking to Patrick. That person told me he could give me two prices. One if I paid by check and a lower price if I could pay by cash. He gave me a cash price quote. I was not sure how much my roofing job should cost, but it seemed like a lot. Next I gotta give my mom some credit. I brought home and gave to her my local church bulletin. She saw an ad in it for Patrick Glynn roofing. I thought to myself this might be good. I emailed Patrick Glynn roofing and requested a quote. He came by within a couple of days with a quote in hand as he told me he was able to tell the size of my house from some type of imaging he uses. His quote and the first person's quote were for the same certainteed materials so I was comparing apples to apples. He went over each line of his quote explaining what he would supply for materials and the work that would be done. Then he showed me the bottom line. His price was better than the first person's so called cash price by 15%. At this point I thought to myself this guy is advertising in the church bulletin, explained everything, and his price is lower than the first person's by 15%. I briefly thought about getting other quotes, but I went with my gut and said to myself this is it, and made at that time a gentleman's agreement to hire him and his company. That's how I chose his company. Maybe that will be of some help if you are looking for a roofing company. Next: Timeline and the workmanship. Patrick explained that he had other work and it would be about a month before he could get to mine. No problem. During that time I requested and he brought over a couple more samples of roofing colors. At about the one month mark he said he could do my roof. My house is a smaller ranch style home. His crew arrived early on the appointed day, and began work. They laid out tarps around different areas of the property to catch the debris, then his crew got to work. They worked their butts off. Hard workers . My work also included reflashing the chimney, and replacing a skylight. Patrick also suggested brown drip edge to go with my color choice of shingles. I did not know but I'm told the flashing could be white, brown or black. A small detail but it made things look even better. His crew had all the work on the roof done and everything picked up and placed in the dumpster he provided in about 5 hrs. Well that's my experience. I'll say this about my new roof it's ''looking good in the neighborhood".

Patrick was great to work with. Our roof came out fabulous. He and his group have an eye for what will look great on your house. Perfection is the word that comes to mind. We are going to have him do work on garage. Price was fabulous too. Can't go wrong with Patrick Glenn.

We can't say enough good things about Pat. After collecting a few quotes, we found his price more than competitive. What set him apart was the time he took to come and see the job in person rather than just relying on software and emailing a number. He put in that same extra mile throughout. It took me forever to pick a color. Pat dropped off samples more than once and never pushed me to hurry up. When the time finally came, he and his team were communicative and swift. They did a big job in a couple of days and maintained a clean worksite. Overall, the job went great and we couldn't be more pleased. We will recommend Pat any chance we get.

It was discovered during our home purchase inspection that the roof needed replaced. From our experience as the intended buyers, Patrick was quick to assess the prior roof condition and provide proactive, thorough communication for all parties involved on both sides of the transaction.

I usually do my own work, but when I got in over my head with the siding talking too long, Pat came in and finished it off quickly, with high quality, and very reasonable pricing. Fast forward three years later when it was time for a new roof and I didn't hesitate to call Pat... Again, very reasonable pricing and exceptional workmanship. His team stripped and replaced the entire roof, all three sections, in one day! Thanks again, Pat!

We initially contacted Patrick Glynn Roofing to get a quote to replace the roof on our home and attached garage in March of 2020. He came and took measurements, and explained exactly that what they would do to replace our roof. Patrick returned a few days later and provided us with a folder that included a printout of our roof and its exact dimensions, a detailed breakdown of the work he and his crew would be doing, as well as of the cost for materials and labor. The price he gave us was reasonable and we were impressed by his friendly and professional manner. We hired him and he began the work within the next couple of weeks. If Patrick was not on the site, a very knowledgeable crew leader was always there along with very hard-working employees. Ours was not an easy roof to replace, but the work was finished in two days. His workers did a great job with the cleanup, and made sure that no debris, trash or nails were left on the ground around our home. The workmanship was excellent, and the roof looked beautiful! After installing new windows we decided to put vinyl siding on our wood shingled home a couple of months later. We reached out to Patrick once again. We are both very detail oriented people and Patrick spent a lot of time with us listening to the vision we had for our home. He he made suggestions that would help us fulfill our vision. Once again, he walked us through everything he and his crew would be doing to hang the siding. He included all of that information in a detailed quote for materials and labor. There was no hesitation in hiring him for the job. We chose a custom color for our siding, which meant we would have to wait at least a few months for it to be delivered due to the difficulty in getting goods during Covid. It was totally worth the wait! Once the siding came in all the work was completed in a timely way by knowledgeable and skilled workers and very hard working laborers. The same care was taken to remove all evidence of work that was done on our home. Along with siding our home, he built an apron on our garage and did some custom work around the front door of our home. The finished product was everything we hoped it would be! We love the way our home looks! Many people have been kind enough to stop while we we are outside to let us know how beautiful our home looks, some asking who the contractor was as they were looking to do their own home improvement. Even the school bus driver gave me a double thumbs up ! Three years later we are still receiving compliments on the transformation. I cannot recommend Patrick Glynn Roofing highly enough! Patrick Glynn and his team made the stress of getting a new roof so manageable. In preparation, Patrick was a clear communicator with fast responses to questions. He went over his estimate in person and fully explained the processes and materials, bringing samples so we could be sure we liked our selection in person. The team was prompt and worked like a well-oiled machine, completing the entire project in one day and cleaning up completely afterwards. We feel comfortable and safe that our new roof will protect our home for decades to come.
