Just got my first Roof done by CPR roofing and couldn’t be happier with the results!! I bought my house without knowing I had a bad roof and these guys took care of me. The Quality is A1++. Highly recommended !!

Tim is so great to work with. Process was super easy and the guys came in at 8am and finished by 1pm same day. I just inspected the yard and surroundings and you wouldn’t even know they were here. Experienced workers and great team. Thankyou again and I’ll be going to Tim for future home needs .

Tim and his crew did an amazing job on replacing the roof, gutters and skylight windows! Tim was extremely professional and easy to work with. He gave a fair price for the whole project and for the additional cost of the damage underneath the roof. He explained everything in full detail and was always very responsive when I had any questions or concerns. The original plan was the job would take 1.5-2 days due to the size of the roof but they were able to get it all done in one day knowing that it would be raining the next day! I am truly impressed and happy with the whole job start to finish. They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up after! I highly recommend Tim and team for their excellent work and dedication. Tim and his team provided me with the expectations according to our contract and beyond. We discussed the need for a roof for my rental property and he was on standby until I was ready. Once I notified him we were in the position to install the roof, he was immediately available to consult and put a temporary date on the calendar. To my surprise, he was able to get us in weeks earlier. This was great news for myself and my tenants! They took care of damage underneath my roof that we were not anticipating, much to my satisfaction. I drove by my property during the day and everyone was hard at work.

Do not hire ANYONE other than Tim and his team. They have done several roofs for me and my clients. Quick and clean job every time with no hiccups. He is always quick to respond to any question I have and very quick to fix any issue.

C.P.R. roofing did a great job on our full roof replacement. Price was reasonable, work was done as promised. The team replaced the roof in one day and was very respectful of the property and did a good job cleaning up. I would use them again for other projects that I might have.

We recently hired CPR to re-side our house and we couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out - they even handled the demo of an old leaky sunroom for us and had great advice. Tim and the Crew gave us "the works," they re-sided my home, repaired endless rot, installed all new windows, new shutters, new gutters, a new front door and installed our new lights and smart tech. Literally, do not hire anyone else other than Tim & his team! They are very professional, fast & very communicative throughout the project. They recently completed a brand new deck for our house and it is beautiful! The old deck we had was so unsafe and nearly usable when we bought the house & wanted to fix it very quickly - they got the job done in just a few days as promised & the quality of the work they put in as well as the product used exceeded our expectations. We now can be completely worry free when enjoying the deck and so glad we chose them to partner with for the job.

I had Tim and his team install a new roof on my house and I would highly recommend hiring Tim and his team for the job. He was very easy to work with and communicate with. His team provided quality and efficient work (roof stripped and re-shingled all in one day) for a very reasonable price.

Tim and his team replaced our roof and siding. The job came out amazing I couldn’t be happier. It totally transformed my house as the siding was chipping and peeling on the original 1950s clapboard. The new vinyl siding looks great and the team worked very efficiently to get the job done in a short period of time.

I got several other quotes before deciding to go with CPR. Not only were the other quotes not as competitive, but one of the other companies was quite condescending. Tim was a pleasure to work with.

Tim was awesome, we can't recommend him enough. We had an old deck & porch taken down, and then a new deck, siding and gutters. He came when he said he would and kept us informed along each step, from the estimate to the contract to ordering supplies & their delivery. Real quality workmanship from him & all his guys. Tim kept everything moving and finished when he said he would. Took care of everything that we asked him to and even a few things we didn't notice. We are are very very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

Needed a slider and a deck off the back of an enclosed porch to make the flow easier to the backyard. Got a few quotes and CPR came in the lowest by far. They showed up on time with all the materials and did the carport, deck and slider in 3 days. They were professional and hardworking. Looking to get some siding done and got a quote from them and again they came in the lowest. Would definitely use again.

Less than 4 years later my ceiling partially collapsed due to water damage. I emailed them and I called them. No answer. No accountability for their work.

In fact. They BLOCKED MY NUMBER after my first call. My subsequent calls goes straight to voicemail. I used another number to call them and it rings. Real professional.

I've included photos of the damage. BEWARE of this company. They'll do the job but won't hold themselves accountable afterwards.

The reply was "we don't work for free", well I don't pay you to damage my house.

You're right. Next time you do roofing at my house I'll be sure to rip out my ceiling, dry walls and insulation so I can catch water leaks on the job you did. Maybe then you'll respond to me instead of instantly blocking a paying customer and never replying until they update a Google review. Makes sense.

Great job! They were there when they said they would be. Upfront honest estimate. Going into this project I knew I had leaks and damage. He was able to make all necessary repairs and the roof looks fantastic. But better yet no more leaks and I won’t have to worry for a long time. Thanks CPR Roofing!!

Tim and his team did a great job working with us on our older roof. We had a leak in our roof and Tim responded right away. He worked things around to get our roof taken care of that very weekend. When the roof was still leaking, he came back the next week and tried something new. The job is now finished and no more leaks! Tim communicated consistently via text. He was honest with what the project would entail from the start and was honest about each step as things changed. I would highly recommend him!
