Harold replaced 3 windows on the first, second & third floor of my Triple Decker, as well as did some facia and gutter repairs for me. He was prompt to provide a quote, and was very communicative throughout the scheduling process. He went above and beyond and made sure that I was happy with everything. I reached out when my roof started leaking during a storm. It had previously leaked in the same spot a few years ago before being “patched” by a different company. Harold was able to come out the very next day to evaluate the project. He quickly identified the cause of the leak (which the previous company was unable to do). He quickly got me a quote and was able to schedule me for the repair. The repair was done as scheduled and in excellent quality! We have had many major storms since the repair with no leaking at all. Will 100% hire again for other work on the house in the future!
