I reached out to Tim Back from Ridgeline General Contractors because a recent storm took a section of my siding off. He connected me with Bill Bruce who did a fantastic job! Bill made sure he got just the right shade to match a siding color that has been discontinued. He stayed in touch with me to make sure I knew where he was in the process and when I could expect the work to be done! These guys and this company are awesome! Give them a call!

Ridgeline replaced our roof after hail damage and did a fantastic job from start to finish! Tim and Todd were very easy to work with and communicated with our insurance company to help complete the job. The roofers took advantage of a rare nice spring day and put in a full days to work to complete the job in one day. We’ve had many compliments on our new roof and the new color!

Ridgeline has been amazing to work with! We are so thankful for the helpfulness and quick response from Tim Back. We called this evening after a bad storm and he was here within an hour later at 8PM to look at our roof. He was able to fix the problem and saved us from having to make a claim. We have worked with Tim and the Ridgeline crew on 2 different houses where we needed to replace the entire roof and some of the gutters / downspouts. Both houses were on a time crunch to get on the market and they were awesome to work with. From the time Tim gave us an estimate to completion of the job, he communicated every step of the way and his crews were punctual and professional when doing the job. The clean up was immaculate and the roof and gutters looked fantastic. Several weeks ago, I had a substantial leak in my roof and had recently agreed to have several areas of the roof replaced/repaired through another company. Luckily, I Caught Tim(owner) out at my neighbors house a few days later. I approached him about looking at my roof. He happily obliged and rather than spending a substantial amount of money(and time waiting to get scheduled), he suggested some quick repairs which were much cheaper and done the next day. Ever since, we’ve had plenty of rain, but no leaks! Very happy with the recommendations and the work.

Roof had significant weather damage. They were quick to respond, worked with my insurance company to get a very reasonable quote. When the crew showed up, they worked efficiently and had the entire tear off and new roof installed in a matter of hours, and it looks fantastic! Great job Ridgeline!

I reached out to Ridgeline over a few spots on my roof I was worried about. He came out, inspected inside and out. He was very honest and told me my roof was actually in very good shape. He explained to me what I was seeing, and why it was looking that way. But I am very impressed with the honesty. I did not need any roof repairs. But this is the type of company I want to use. June 18- I can’t do another review, so have to edit! Had storm damage from large limb falling on my roof. Called ridge line, they came right out, removed Debris from my house, and got me set up with an appt to get the repairs done to the roof. This company is truly amazing.

After several days of strong wind, a section of siding above our garage detached and was flapping in the wind. I contacted Ridgeline late in the afternoon, and even though the weather was not ideal, someone came out the next day to fix it. It’s as good as new. I called Ridgeline after a hail storm hit our home. They came out and inspected our roof almost immediately and documented via pictures and discussed with us the areas of concern. We then proceeded to file a claim with our insurance company. Tim walked us through the process every step. He even came back and climbed up on the roof again to meet with the insurance adjuster. When it came to selecting shingle color, they gave us addresses of places they had roofed using the colors we picked out. That was extremely helpful so we could see what an entire roof looked like versus a small shingle sample. We have a very steep roof with several ridges and the crew got it done in 2 days. Very efficient! Our new roof and gutters turned out awesome and Ridgeline was so easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

My wife Julie and I were very impressed with the professional and phenomenal customer service Todd and Colyn gave our family while trying to maneuver through a flooding to our kitchen. They were great to work with and walked us through the drying process. We would recommend them to anyone going through a water flood issue with their house.

I contacted Ridgline for a possible mold issue and also possible water issue in my crawl space. Todd came out and patiently took my concerns into consideration. I was nervous that there could be a problem as nobody had been in my crawl space for over 10 years! Anyway, he got in there, rooted around, and came out with great news!! No moisture, at all, and not enough mold to worry. He and I had talked about there being trace mold amounts in almost every home in Indiana, due to the weather changes and moisture. So, Ridgeline, was on time, did exactly as I asked, and gave me the peace of mind that all is looking good in my home!! No charge and no worries!! Wow!! WHT wouldn't I call Ridgeline, in the future, for any roofing, water damage, and remodeling needs!!? What a fantastic experience and company!

Our local insurance company suggested we enlist Ridgeline General Contractors. Very pleased with the quality of their work and how they were able to get our basement returned to “better than new” condition after a water leak damaged lots of drywall, molding and vinyl planking. Todd Bantz was our Project Manager and kept all work done with a lot of coordination.

At about 5pm on Tuesday January 23 one of your employees nearly rammed into the back of our vehicle. Tried to pass us on the interstate where the lane ends and turns into the shoulder. He proceed to tailgate us, and rolled down his window to say something has he peeled off at the light on the exit ramp. If you're gonna drive and act like a maniac, it was a Caucasian male, 50-60, with a bearded goatee, be sure not to have your company displayed all over the vehicle. I will never recommend this company solely based on the actions od this employee.

I scheduled a Project with Andy Romens a year ago this month that was to have been started this past May. Since April I have been texting on a monthly basis and I either get no response or I get a response that I will hear something back within a few days. Now it’s September and I haven’t heard from him since July 12. I have an outdoor project so best case scenario now is it being started next spring, Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Ridgeline is a local Central Indiana company, not one of those "storm-chaser" outfits we see come and go. They did some repairs since my insurance company wouldn't cover a new roof. Tim came out to the house and was very helpful and professional. He walked me through my options and I never felt pressured along the way.
