First and foremost the crew work so hard for a full day, I mean like 10 hours plus!!! There's a serious language barrier but they are here to work not socialize, and are also very respectful! Kudos to this group of people who are willing to get up all day on hot roofs!!! A little kindness goes a long way with them and we appreciate everything they did. We had several quotes and Ridgeline came in very fair for the size of our roof and shed, plus they did an outstanding job on our son's roof in 2021. As soon as I called, Alyssa, she scheduled her grandfather, Wayne to come out the next day to take measurements and we had a quote very quickly, detailed, so no surprises. The roof was completed in a few weeks after the quote and it would have been done sooner, if it hadn't been for the hot humid weather and unsafe temps. Overall we are very pleased with the new roof, shingles are good ones, not cheap contractor IKO and the roof was done right and would recommend them for your roof replacement. Unlike whoever did the roof when the house was built in 2007, which has not lasted! Would recommend them, but would make one suggestion, make sure you're watching everything so you can let either Wayne the Dad or Wayne the son/owner, know if there's any questions or concerns. It helps having one of them on site too because there's a communication barrier and it's good to have the owner of roof company present, although the actual roofers are subcontractors. The crew has integrity for sure and work so hard and we're grateful! Update Homeowners! PAY Attention homeowner- we thought we were seeing things up on roof but we're not. Different lot of shingles were used from the bulk of the shingles they usedon day 2, they bought more shingles and are not the same onyx black, Soooo make sure all of the same shingles are purchased from and used are the same batch/lot otherwise the roof will look mismatched. Do your homework really well and make sure these details are crystal clear. We assumed all the shingles would be the same color we picked out. You can see it it the photo of house but it's obvious.

In the front and side of garage they're a different color. It's too late now so word to the wise. For a 20k roof it should be perfect and it's not.

We had vinyl siding/windows put on/in by Ridgeline last February/March after having to wait for over a year for them to even begin work. Following installation, there have been multiple issues or problems that have arose from the lack of care their team had during the process.
For starters, the team did a poor job with ensuring that they cleaned up the debris that resulted from removing the old siding and we have since found over 50+ nails and screws throughout our yard that kids in the neighborhood run around and play in.
We no longer have screen doors on either of our doors because we were informed that the doors could not be reattached due to the new metal framing with the siding - This was never mentioned to us as a possible issue or thing that could happen when we received an initial estimate. Following their reattempt to attach one of the screen doors, one of the workers informed me the 'metal framing would need to be replaced' since they had now put a bunch of holes into the new framing - There was no offer for them to come out and fix this or replace it and we now still to this day have multiple holes.
There was also no attempt to reinstall gutters that had been taken down from a portion of our house and we have now been dealing with water dripping down and freezing on our steps, which is a potential hazard to anyone using them. There was also no effort to properly reattach portions of our front and back porch that had been removed when the new siding was being put on.
Most recently, and what has led to me posting this complaint is we are now dealing with issues with our electrical box and HVAC system as their workers reinstalled the HVAC line directly underneath our electrical box, which is not within code and also left our a portion of the HVAC line cover, which is also contributing to these issues.
The experience with this business from start to finish was absolutely horrible and I will never recommend them to anyone.
