We recently had our roof replaced by Ridgeline and are extremely pleased with the results. They identified some issues we were not aware of and were able to help us address them. The team was polite, friendly, professional, and worked very quickly to go beyond our expectations with the new roof. I would highly recommend them!

For three years, I have tried to get this company to repair their poor work. The roof shingles are wavy and lifting off the roof. For three years, phone calls not returned and when returned, promises to remedy the job never met or fulfilled.

Service, service, service! Called in the morning and owner responded in 3 hours. He came over the next day and we had a quote that day, a great price that never changed for a complex roof. They came following week did a complete rip off with some plywood. Workers were great and kept yard and neighbors' yards clean. Extras were needed with no charge, so we added siding to the job. Other roofers never called or threw out prices with some triple the price. You will not be disappointed.

Wayne always returned my phone calls and did the work in one day. Weather was against us. Finally had a dry day.

I am so pleased with my new roof. House and garage done in one day and they look beautiful. Was also impressed with their cleanup - you couldn’t even tell they had been there!!!!!! Thank you Wayne and crew!

I purchased my home 05/31, and we had Wayne scheduled to come out on 6/1 to quote us for a roof replacement. He was knowledgeable and professional and quoted us a great price! Our roof was replaced today on 6/22, three weeks after our initial consultation, and the only reason it took this long (which wasn’t at all) is because of all the rainy days! They were in and out the same day and our roof looks great!

My experience with Ridgeline has been great. Had the roof replaced on the main house last fall & the sunroom & garage last month. The crew is so efficient & their work is high quality. During the new roof installation, the crews damaged some flashing and trim. After several attempts to have them come and repair as promised, they still as of today, not repaired anything.

They did a great job with the installation and clean up. I would’ve provided a much better score if they would’ve just repaired what they’ve damaged. With the price you pay, you would expect to feel great about the job when it’s complete.

I had planned to use them for my siding job this summer, but not feeling confident they’ll follow through with any damage made during the process

We had some vinyl siding that was damaged during a winter storm. It was a small job, but since it was near the roof it was too big for me. I called a couple of other contractors who said they didn’t do small jobs or didn’t like working with vinyl. I called Ridgeline and sent them a picture of the damage, they gave me an estimate over the phone and repaired the siding. I was very satisfied with the work they did. Wayne, who supervised the job, was extremely helpful. I also learned it was a family business and I found out that the very responsive person I had been talking with on the phone was his granddaughter, Allissa. If I have another siding job in the future, whether big or small, I plan to contact Ridgeline first.

My whole family can't stop looking at our new roof. We have an early 1800's farmhouse that definitely needed some love, starting with the roof. The whole process took one week from the initial phone call to quote and install.

The positives are numerous. We chose Ridgeline because a well respected local carpenter that is now in his 70's chose them. This gentleman is a master craftsman so if anything is good enough for him, it's good enough for my family. This is a local & female owned business and that is very important to me personally. Our project consultant Jess was with us from start to finish and touched base multiple times. One important part was she actually informed of us who we would deal with in the office, too many companies just hand you off blindly. This made a really comfortable feel and was definitely a personal touch.

The install crew was amazing, very polite and respectful. They left the space neater than when they arrived and even went so far as to rake up excess grass just because a few roofing bits were mixed in.

We are so pleased we have them coming back to quote a flat roof on an apartment building.

I called five different roofing companies. Ridgeline picked up first call, were professional and went to my property same day to give me a quote. They sent me a detailed invoice quickly and Larry was great with communication. After booking the job they were on the jobsite within the week!! New roof looks great and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

A+. I got bids from the 3 biggest and best roofers in the area. Ridgeline Exteriors gave me the lowest bid (yay!), the best materials, the best warranty, the earliest date to do the job, the most clear and detailed contract, the quickest skylight acquisition, and the only promise to complete the work in one day. In addition, they were the most conscientious and professional. They followed through on everything!! Their workmanship was excellent (I used to be a roofer), their cleanup was superb (I'm very picky), they worked extremely hard, and they were very courteous. The crew had an excellent foreman, but the company kept a corporate representative onsite too. That they completed the work in one day is amazing, since (1) our house is large, (2) we have four chimneys, two of which are stone, (3) we had some rotten plywood, (4) daylight was short because it was January, (5) it was below freezing the entire day, (6) they had to remove snow from the roof, (7) they had to remove the old roof, (8) I had a satellite antenna to be uninstalled and re-installed, and (9) I had a skylight to be replaced. No hidden charges - I paid what I expected. I hit the jackpot.

Ridgeline Exteriors did a great job for us. Previously, I had called eight contractors to look at my roof before I learned about Ridgeline. Two returned my calls to set up an appointment and only one showed up for the appointment. He looked at the roof and gave me an estimate. That was the last time I heard from him and I had reached out via phone, text and email.

I caught a Ridgeline truck at a nearby job and got their contact information. From the first phone call to the cleaning up of my driveway, they were nothing but professional. There was good communication from start to finish. They were polite and answered all my questions.

The work that they did was beautiful. It looks great, they used quality materials and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone… in fact I already have!

Set out to replace our roof on a main house and addition and a garage. Larry came out promptly to look at and quote the job. He was able to answer all my questions. And soon we had a contract. Set up an appointment for Fri the 29th. Got a call on Thursday asking if they could get a crew in early at 11 on Thursday. We went with it. The crew arrived promptly and wasted no time covering all my bushes and surrounding area with tarps. The crew had everything stripped in just a couple hours and were off to the races. Over the next few hours the Ridgeline crew made short work of thw addition and maine house. The cleaned up all debri and constantly dragged a magnet around for nails. They were done at 7pm. Everything but the garage but not bad since they started at 11. 730 the next morning g Wayne and another crew arrived and finished the garage. I will be using them for future projects

We truly are so happy with Ridgeline Exteriors! We were counting that between our home/garage at a previous residence and our current home & out buildings (both in Wells, Maine) we had 4 different roofers show up and one who ghosted us, for a total of five that we hired before this new barn roof that we needed done. Plus we have experienced other companies for quotes, which we did not hire because the quotes were quite high. Honestly, the thought of hiring a 6th roofing company was not something I looked forward to, given our previous experiences. The issues we had in the past with other companies included poor communication, not returning calls, starting and then not coming back in forever, poor work ethic once arrived, minimal clean up efforts and the worst was being completely inappropriate around our kids (which was most upsetting) and leaving cigarette butts all around our property.

Our experience from the beginning until the end with Ridgeline was quite different, in a positive way! We experienced good communication (even with my poor coordination in hiring in a timely manner), great people skills (with a special thank you for being so kind to our kids), excellent work ethic, fantastic cleanup efforts, completion timeline beyond what we expected with unfortunate structural surprises along the way, and quality workmanship. We are relieved to have the work done and are happy with all the crew that was here (I tried to thank them with food, but please give them an extra thank you, they were so great!). The roof looks great and is now structurally more sound, which is a big deal when considering the structure is an old barn we are trying to save from falling down.

Next up will be a new roof for our garage and we will be contacting Ridgeline to do that when we are ready. I wish we would have started with Ridgeline on our first roof we replaced, we would have saved ourselves a lot of strife with other companies. Ridgeline Exteriors will be our roofing company from this point forward.

Below are pictures of early morning and then the late afternoon. Clearly our 1880s barn still needs more work done, but the quality roofing job will keep it from caving in.

New roof looks great and jobsite was as clean as when they started. Their customer service team was professional, polite and easy to deal with in regards to providing estimates, scheduling, billing and answering homeowner questions.

Ridgeline did an excellent job replacing our roof. They quickly provided a quote and installed a tarp on our roof to protect our home from any further damage due to leaks in the existing roof. Their crew was back within a week to install the new roof and completed the job in one day. I'd highly recommend working with them!

Ridgeline provided an excellent product. The crew showed up on time and the site supervisor answered all questions I had. The work on the ridge vent, chimney flashing, and skylight flashing was all done correctly and better than new installation work from years before. After the job was complete all debris was removed from the property. All the work was completed in one day.

The company was prompt on initial contact and patient as we sought quotes and checked references. The job was started shortly after contract signed. Larry was good at communicating and responding to questions. The crew was prompt and got right to work. Yard cleanup superb and my wife commented that yard and walkway looked better than before they arrived.

I Love the transformation of our home's appearance after Ridgeline's crews removed and replaced our roofing, removed old siding and replaced it with vinyl siding and they will soon be adding new seamless gutters with leaf guard. Had roof installed fall 2019 took them a month past sqedual time finally done and this year it leaks tried for two months for them to look at it but nothing but runaround and even threatened to void warranty if I had someone else repair it that came from the owner still have not honored the warranty

I want to send a big thank you to Ridgeline Exteriors for the excellent work in replacing our roof. Much credit to Larry on educating me about roof systems and how proper ventilation should work, and he even threw in fixing/capping some old gable vents free of charge. Larry was extremely helpful as we determined the best way to go, and in the initial phase he noted that we may have hail damage which would be covered by insurance. Wayne, the owner, came out and was quickly able to confirm that we had many hail hits to our roof, and long story short insurance covered our claim. Most importantly I want to thank the extremely hard working crew that replaced the roof. They were on time, working into the dark and through some rain at a blistering pace. I have so much respect and appreciation for their work ethic. And the end result is a gorgeous roof that we love and keeps our family safe. The crew of five on the first day and four on the second day crushed through over 40 squares! That’s a whole lot of roof on these short days, especially with dormers, many valleys, a stand alone shed and other oddities. They stripped the old roof down to the plywood and even had to replace a couple of sheets. And finally they installed four new skylights perfectly. Muchos gracias, amigos y amiga!

We’ve already got our next job lined up with Ridgeline to replace five windows and we will continue to come back for all of our construction needs. Thank you all, once again!

I contacted Ridgeline to roof 2 camps in October. We agreed to have it done in 3 weeks. Despite many calls, it wasn't done until February. Winter weather did cause delays, but wouldn't have been an issue if they did it when promised. Ridgeline threatened to sue me because I wouldn't pay in full until I could inspect the camps. It's good we checked things out first. One of the camps was only half finished. Wayne thought I only wanted the porch roof done. Wayne never sent me the warranty although I texted a reminder. If we have issues with the work, I'll contract someone else for repairs. At this point, I wouldn't have them roof a doghouse. Work was OK, but certainly not worth the hassles.

Had Ridgeline do a part of my roof which had been leaking. They did such a great job!! I just had them finish the entire roof! These guys exceeded my expectations fully! My roof looks amazing, the guys were always professional and friendly, clean up was awesome! Price was great! I recommend Ridgeline exteriors 100% and will call them always for my home exterior needs! Thank you so much!!!!

Signed a contract with them in march of 2019 for windows and gutters. I also gave them a deposit if $4400. They did not do the work because “they didn’t have enough people”. They did not return our deposit and almost 4 years later we are STILL trying to get our deposit back even though we have a court judgment in our favor. Awful people.

Sat with sales rep. on Thursday and Wayne and his crew were here on Saturday morning at 8:30am and was done by 1pm. Once they started the job they did not stop till it was done. The cleanup around the house was a very thorough job. Wayne was informative with the questions I had for him. Was also told they will come back in the spring to do additional cleanup. Had an active leak around our skylights. Ridgeline came out first sunny day, removed skylights and all of shingles on that side. Did a great job on the install. I was extremely impressed with the level of cleanup, even cleaned up inside where they tore out the skylights. Definitely will recommend them going forward.

This company took a deposit from me, never installed the roof, promised to return half if I waited until spring, never returned anything and I'm frightened to do business with him. DO NOT TRUST WAYNE OR CURTIS!!
Horrible people, can't return phone calls and lie lie lie is all they do! Only reason they get one star is so I have the ability to post my review so other people don't get stuck like myself!

Over the last year Ridgeline has reshingled my rood and installed the new heat vent and did my chimney flashing- all fantastic work. I struggled to get Lowes to take my order, so I went direct to the company, they finance and get a work date quickly (half-roof's each job, so small job was relatively easy). Wayne was very customer service oriented and the work-crew super professional and cleaned up nice and tidy. The roof looks fantastic and has helped increase the value of the house which is good since it's on the market. I highly recommend this company for roofing.

Ridgeline did a awesome replacing our roof and skylights. The ridgeline team got the big job done in 2 days. Everything was picked up and cleaned. Even did the finishing trim on the sky lights. Had a great experience with Ridgeline Exteriors. Pricing was great (better than most), job was done within the time frame I wanted, and roof looks great.

Scheduled a meeting with this company for a business to business job. After they were a few minutes late I gave them a call to ensure I had provided them with the correct address. He was still at home when I called, and told me he would be there in 2-3 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes I realized he was not coming. Rather than be forward and say he was not interested or too busy, he just blew me off and lied to me. I don't know how their work is, but their professionalism is non existent.

UPDATE: I have provided the owner with a screenshot of my phone which showed clearly that I was at the job site "Near 76 High St" for our 8 o'clock meeting until 8:39. I'm not sure why the owner felt the need to say otherwise.

This company worked as a subcontractor for Home Depot. Home Depot had to send another contractor out a week later to fix the roof. Improper flashing around skylights and chimney. Ridge cap completely replaced. All corners had to be trimming. Dented drip edges from ladder contacts. Tried to use pieces instead of full shingles to finish job. Broken siding on house. Ripped screens. Construction debris everywhere. Nobody introduced themselves on start or finish, well that was at 830 in the dark with no sign off. The best part! They used the homeowners ladder all day long and broke it! I would not use this company. Shame on Home Depot too.

Wayne was fantastic to deal with and his crew was proficient and fun! They came in fast and efficient and cleaned up the yard really well! We love our new roof and the color is perfect!

Worked with several local companies in Southern Maine to have estimates done. Ridgeline was one of the lowest prices but also the single most detailed in their estimate (explaining everything they would do with regard to flashing around chimneys and dormers and cleanup, etc..) all in writing and were able to provide digital as well as written copies. This level of detail spoke volumes to me. I hired them and they came through on all aspects of the project. This was a 22 square job with several dormers and different roof lines. They came in with a large crew, and lots of equipment and were in and out in a single day. The guys on the crew were very respectful of my wife and daughter who were home for much of the project. The roof looks great, the clean up perfect and I would hire them again in an instant. I'm sure there are many good roofing companies out there but these guys even came in a few hundred under the initial estimate and I saw the savings ... that's impressive to me in this day and age. Truly happy with my experience and have been kicking their name and number to anyone I know who needs a roofer.

We collected five quotes for our roof and Ridgeline was by far the most reasonable. Job was completed on time and exactly as proposed. Wayne was super easy to communicate with. All texts and calls were answered within a few hours. Very satisfied, and would definitely recommend.

Stripped and shingled the whole house (24 square) in 1-1\2 days. Polite crew. Not only did they do a great job installing the roof, but they paid as much attention to cleaning up afterwards as the rest of their work. They also roughed in a sunlight tube to a windowless bathroom that totally changed the room. I would highly recommend Wayne and his crew.
