Northwoods property came to my house to remove tree. Stumps, CJ did a phenomenal job removing the tree stumps great customer service. Great prices and he was very fast. I recommend northwoods property and I'm definitely doing business with them in the future.

Chris and his crew are professional, courteous, and went every extra mile possible to complete our job. In particular, Lindsay’s attention to detail was amazing. I have to give a huge shoutout to Chris at Northwoods Property Services, LLC for all the work he and his team did at my house last week! I recently purchased a very overgrown property and he spent three days clearing trees, sumacs, brush, pallets, garbage, you name it- it was there. It was a major job and I met with many great companies but went with Chris because he was able to get so much of the stuff by the root and take it all away as opposed to just chipping so I have a great head start for spring. My neighbor was even able to get a giant stump removed from her yard too. I’ll definitely be calling him again as they offer general contracting services, septic and more. Thanks Chris!

I contacted Northwoods Property Services to quote us for a front deck repair. They immediately came out and quoted us, we accepted their quote and due to the urgency of the matter they came out later that same day to fix it. We are grateful they took care of it immediately and we will be using them in the future.

Chris and team are extremely responsive and helpful, and can take care of a whole suite of services. So far, they helped remove broken down fencing, gutter repair, and fixed an old wooden door that wouldn't close-they even replaced the handle and it looks amazing. The prices are super reasonable and they do amazing work-we have a laundry list of needs/repairs on our property, and we're extremely happy we know these guys. No job is too small, reach out to them if you need anything!

I highly recommend Northwoods Property Services for all your property maintenance needs. We’ve been working with CJ for our waste removal for a while now. For us, it’s more affordable and so much more convenient than fussing with the city bags. We also had a minor construction job, with a lot of waste and CJ came through, as quoted, and much faster than we’d expected. It’s great to work with a company that provides value with integrity, so we plan to call Northwoods and hire CJ and his crew for projects we have lined up for next year.

Had a concrete slab for a shed formed and poured as well as some excavation for a conduit. Super responsive and did a great job! We plan to have a deck done next year and will definitely be calling them back for that ☺️

Can’t be happier with the work done on my driveway ! I’m not very knowledgeable and Christopher was patient and very helpful. Not only that but he made sure we were always on the same page which made me feel really comfortable that he was going to deliver a great job which he did! York County Community Action Corp. and the City of Sanford Me. joined together to have 2 bus shelters installed in Sanford Me. The shelters will be for the use and benefit of the public at large, for customer comfort and protection from the elements.

Northwoods property services, LLC won the bid for the job. The Scope of Work was followed to the letter. The footings, erection and anchoring of the shelters was completed professionally and timely. Clean up and seeding of the surrounding area looks great.

Good prices and great quality work. CJ was very responsive no matter what questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process.

Chris and his team were extremely responsive. I reached out needing time sensitive drainage work; Chris came over the same day to give an estimate and booked the job for that same week. I was so impressed by the quality of work and promptness that I booked his team to install a privacy fence and do a yard cleanup shortly after. Chris and his team were extremely prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone & will certainly be using their services again in the future!

Chris is a very professional contractor. He installed an opaque chain link fence beside our garage and its exactly what we wanted and needed, per town standards. It looks great and, I'm sure, will stand the test of time.

They did snow removal/ salting on my driveway . My daughter called them and they were here the next day. I was so happy to come back from Florida to a nice clean driveway! I would recommend them to all my friends.

Gave the company a call this morning to come plow out my driveway. We have been in about 8-10 inches of snow. Came right over helped plow and dig myself and neighbor out. Great pricing, friendly, fast and reliable service. Highly recommend!

CJ was awesome!!! I found Northwoods through a recommendation in a Facebook group, and reached out to several people at the same time about having my driveway plowed after a big storm. My snowblower had died in the middle of it, and I decided I was done with snow removal. He was so responsive to my message and was here within 6 minutes! Immediately knew I didn’t even have to respond to the other people and wanted to get into his regular rotation. Will also be talking to him about more yard projects once we survive the Long Thaw.

Hired Chris to do an interior restoration after plumbing incident that caused flooding. We needed new ceilings, floors, tile….pretty much everything. He was incredibly quick to respond and provide a quote. Within the week he was ready to start work…the end result was amazing. Phenomenal workmanship with the sheet rocking, muddying, painting and installation of the electrical fixtures. The re-tile in the bathroom was amazing. to make a long story short…it legit looks like we had a remodel upgrade and not a restoration. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service! Highly recommend. My husband and I tried to do fall cleanup ourselves but it was an epic fail. CJ came to the rescue! Reached him on a Sunday and the job was done Monday morning!
