Kevin came into our project after our first builder backed out. Kevin and his crew did a wonderful job. They were hard working and professional. They had most of our house built, windows installed, roof shingled and partially sided in a week even though it was January. He kept us updated through out the process. We look forward to working with him again on our next project.

The entire crew was nothing but Amazing. Every aspect of the build was 100%. Clean and respectful. So easy to talk to the Crew as to what my Dream was. They made it come to life. I Just had a deck remade now I'm 100% sure it's safe.. thank you.. kev and Sons is the person and crew that you need...

We recently hired Kev and his crew to build us a mudroom addition and 2 car garage on to our existing house. We are incredibly pleased with the result! His crew was friendly, professional and clearly enjoy their jobs. They matched our house so well with high attention to detail. We also feel that Kev is honest and trustworthy. All of the subcontractors in addition to Kev's crew were also top notch, professional and spoke highly of Kev and his work. We would definitely be interested in hiring Kev and Sons Construction again for future projects!

Kevin and Sons deserve a 10 star rating, I have delt with contractors in the past but this company is fanominal. Such a friendly and hard working crew, I'm 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend them for any construction project.

Kevin & his crew were Beyond Impressive!!! Kevin & every person that works for him was So polite, respectful and a pleasure to have around. They work hard, their teamwork is Amazing, the way they get along and show their sense of humor together is nice to see, it shows how much they love doing what they do, but yet, they never take there eyes off the prize! The finished product! They take pride in everything they do, answer every question you have and make you feel comfortable. We had a garage built, a lean to and extended a back porch, turning it into a screened in porch. Screened in porch was a last minute request that he did not hesitate to make happen. His estimate was accurate and he was good at giving a quote pertaining to the last minute change quickly. This only took 2 1/2 weeks and there were a couple rain out days! This was our first big construction and Kevin made this experience effortless! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kev and Sons Construction!!! Thank You Kevin & Crew!!!

Project: Tear down of a "camp" on an island/peninsula on Little Ossipee Lake in Waterboro, ME, build of a new home on the exact same footprint.

Challenges: The logistical challenges of removing the old camp, bringing in materials, coordinating all the subs...I didn't think it would go as smooth as it did...

Kev and Sons built our new home and we couldn't be happier! Kevin worked with us during the planning stages for over a year and was always responsive, helpful, and fair. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with as well. They were always happy to explain what was going on, answer any questions we had, and work with any ideas, changes or requests we made. They were able to see our unique style and bring it to life-they even came up with some amazing accent pieces that tied the house together perfectly. The workmanship was excellent and it is clear they take pride in their work. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for construction services! We cannot say enough good things about Kev and his crew. Not only were they all so kind, polite, fun, and worked great together, but they were professional and got things done FAST! We made significant changes to our building plans and requested nit-picky details and additions around every corner, but Kev was easy to work with and creative with all our wants. In the process of building a garage. We inherited a garage foundation from the previous Owners. Kevin has been very responsive to our budgetary constraints and has acknowkedged our desire for approaching the build, in stages. Kevin is a nice fella. We hired Kev and Sons to remodel our 1950s Camp. After some initial discussion we decided it was best to raise the old camp and start from scratch. Being from another state, Kevins communication and responsiveness was extremely beneficial. He was able to pull together designs, permits, permits with the town, and get everything together soup to nuts. The work was done extremely well, on time, with quality, and although we didn’t run into any major issues any that did arise were handled very professionally and with clear communication. When we visited the site it was always clean and presentable. We were very excited to have the finished project well before summer so we could move in and be ready for the season. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a contractor in the Southern Maine area.

Kev and his diverse team were HARD, QUALITY workers and he partnered with us to redesign and upgrade our camp. His team showed up on time and he was flexible when we had requests and made smart recommendations helping our vision come together along the way. Thank you Kev and Team!

Kev and Son are the best. He calls you back. He shows up when he said. The work is excellent. The crew is polite and cleans up every day before they leave. They work very hard.He is a joy to work with.

Kev & Sons completed a 2 car garage, a mud room, and a sunroom for us at our new mobile home. We couldn’t have been any happier with every aspect of their work. They were very prompt and began the job the day after our mobile home was on site. Despite incredibly hot, humid weather, they were here just about every day. Kevin and his crew are wonderful! They are all very friendly, respectful, and very competent. Everything was cleaned up and neatly put away at the end of each day. Kevin kept us well informed every step of the way, especially with the crazy price increases on materials. He addressed every concern we mentioned, even some very minor ones. In spite of limited stock, he went out of his way to match the siding on our mobile home and made some suggestions which we greatly appreciated.The quality of Kevin and crew’s workmanship is superior! We had Kevin finish off the mud room and the quality of the finish work is excellent as well. We decided to leave the finish work in the sunroom for a later date. We are incredibly happy with the build by Kev & Sons. They built a this little beauty, a garage for camper and car. The quality and detail were beyond our expectation. The building is solid and tight. HIGHLY recommend them for any project you have!

We retained Kev and Sons Construction to address exterior balcony issues. I contacted Kevin by email/phone on Saturday afternoon and he called back within an hour - met on Sunday morning and he was onsite with a crew on Tuesday in response to my requirement to get the work done ASAP - Responsive and impressive to say the least and that was just the beginning.

We had to deal with significant structural and waterproofing issues related to the balcony failure. All through the project, Kevin kept me informed on progress, issues identified and solutions available. He was great at responding to my questions and within four business days, the restoration work was completed for a very fair price. Hired Kevin & Sons Construction to build a garage after a hired contractor was unable to start the job. Keven & Sons Construction did an excellent job on building our 2-floor, 3 bay with carport garage. Keven and his crew started on time, worked quickly and finished the garage in record time. Not only did he finish the job in record time his quality of building is top notch he and his crew know their stuff! I was also impressed at how they kept the building location clean and tidy during and after the build. I highly recommend this company for any building, construction or rehab work you need to have done.
