RidgeCap walked me through all of the steps with insurance after a hail storm. Throughout the process of replacing our roof and siding, Ben and Brian made sure I knew what was happening, kept me up to date on progress, and checked in with the construction crew each day by coming to the house. Our roof was one of the first in our neighborhood fixed because of how quickly RidgeCap worked.

Ridgecap made the process of dealing with insurance and getting my roof replaced seamless. They handled every aspect of the paperwork and had answers for all of my questions. The work crew that replaced the roof was very professional and efficient. Ridgecap was even able to handle the removal and reinstall of my solar panels to get the roof job complete. We are completely satisfied and hope we don’t have to go through this again, but if we do, I’m calling Ridgecap roofing!

RidgeCap Roofing SC did an outstanding job getting our roof replaced with upgraded shingles. They came to our house multiple times and helped us work with the builder who installed a defective roof to receive compensation and the shingle manufacturer to secure a voucher to replace the defective shingles. The removal/install was completed professionally in 1 day. We have a 3100 square foot house and they laid 160 bundles of shingles. The materials were dropped off the day before and debris was picked up the day after the install. They were easy to get a hold of and communicated extremely well during the entire process. I highly recommend them to analyze your roof and take of your needs.

This company was pleasant to work with when it came to our roof and sidings! Brian has been so patient and friendly the entire process. It took forever to get our check back twice from our lender and Brian was super understanding and patient. Quick responses and they did such an amazing job on our roof that we got compliments on it by our neighbors! I’d recommend these guys any day.

Best customer service ever. I'm delighted with my new roof. Compared to when I had to get a different house re-roofed years ago: 1) RidgeCap did a MUCH more careful job, including very careful attention to damaged wood under the shingles, flashing around the chimney, and so on; 2) the crew was absolutely meticulous; and 3) the level of cleanup was impressive, including sweeping my yard for nails with a magnet. RidgeCap dealt with the solar company that had to remove and then replace my solar panels, they walked me through my insurance claim, they followed up with the insurance company to get a reconsideration of payment for some interior water damage, and then the repaired the interior damage for me. I truly couldn't be happier.
