Tristen came out to do some inspections on my roof and couldn’t have been more pleased. Called late evening and he was out the next morning checking everything we talked about.

Tristan scheduled our inspection & job within a very reasonable timeframe. He arrived with his team and off to work they went. They identified a poasible problem for our HVAC unit that had nothing to do with them(no extra money in it) but we appreciated their thoroughness. If we have another roofing issue, these guys will definitely be getting called back.

With the recent severe storms that our area has been having, we contacted Tristan to come and complete an inspection of our roof. He showed up promptly and was very professional. He completed the inspection and provided us with an honest report. While most companies would tell us we needed a new roof, he said ours was actually pretty good and didn’t need one just yet. He indicated he would monitor the storms in our area and come out to inspect for free anytime! I never thought honest and roofer would go in the same sentence but here we are!! Tristan provided us with photos of his inspection so we have to compare should we need it later. When the time comes, we will absolutely use Tristan for our new roof!! After the storm in June of this past year they came out that next morning and had my roof tarped off after a tree had crashed through the back of my house to prevent any further damage. Right hand roofing did an awesome job on my roof and my siding after the microburst in June. Tristan explained the insurance process to me. He explained step-by-step the procedure of what he was gonna do was far as the roofing, siding and the roofing on my shed. I had some roof leaks on my vacation rental that were allowing water into a bedroom and the kitchen. Tristan and his team answered the phone on the first ring, came out same day, provided a very reasonable quote, provided drone pics to visually see the damage, and completed the work before the same weeks end! They even took before, during and after pictures for me. The roof is very high with steep pitches, but it wasn’t an issue for them at all! They were professional and very polite. I am so very happy that I texted Right Hand Roofing on August 4th.. one day before Hurricane Debby hit the Florida coast!! Up until then, I really wasn’t aware of just how much rain we could be getting in Moncks Corner until then.

Recently, during a really bad storm, big rotten flying limbs put two large holes in my roof. I
asked Right Hand Roofing if they may be able to put a tarp on my roof and Tristan, the owner, said yes and that they would be at my house first thing in the morning. They came and put what I thought was a secure tarp on my roof.

Right after the men were done working, I received a text from Tristan. It said:

‘Instead of tarp I had the guys put temporary shingles down with the amount of wind we are going to have I did not wanna take a chance and just the tarp blowing off.’ When I read this, it made me feel really safe!

I don’t think I need to say anymore except RIGHT HAND ROOFING is who you need to call whenever you need anything done when it comes to your homes roof!!!

Let me first say I'm all about customer service. From the start Tristan from Right Hand Roofing was extremely professional with getting my roof replaced. He was my neighbor and when we met for the first time, I asked him where he worked. He informed me he owned his own roofing company. I told him I've been thinking about getting my roof looked at to see if there was any damage from previous storms. Let me tell you from that moment it was on. He showcased his professional customer service right then and there. He pulled out a drone to fly over my house to look for damage from the air. Once he saw some possible damage, he walked me through everything I needed to do to get my insurance company made aware of the possible damage and file to a claim. Within two days of contacting my insurance an adjuster
came out and confirmed the damage. Again, Tristan's outstanding customer service kicked in and he took over. The next day, he stopped by my house we chose a color from his demos, and then a start date. On the start date, his company covered or removed all plants from around the house, laid tarps down, to catch any and all debris, and had my roof replaced that day. Unfortunately, the storms had damaged several of my screens and gutters too, but he had those replaced several days after the roof was completed. His professional customer service continued until all work was finished because he wouldn't accept full payment until all work met my satisfaction.
