Trying to get anything done with them post-installation is a nightmare. Our roof was done with a coating product 1.5 years ago and we started having a leak issue. They did send someone out to investigate and make a repair but then it leaked again not even 2 weeks after that "repair" was made. I sent an email, had zero response 2 weeks later, reached out again and the owner emails me with "did it leak 2 days ago after the rain?" Really? So by that question he's saying if it didn't leak there must not be an issue anymore. No, come and investigate and stand by your company and do what is right for the customer. I would not recommend them. Spend more and get a better service oriented company.
