A+++ experience! I had our entire master bathroom remodeled by Richard Williams and Assoc. I absolutely love it so much, that they are back to do our powder bath. The master tile I chose was unique, and they had a great installer. Love, love, love my new cabinets too! Customer service was great!

I've worked with RWA on several projects over the years all have gone well i wont say everything was always perfect, but once it was brought to RWA attention it was always resolved subcontractors through RWA I found to be very knowledgeable and helpful will be using the on future projects

We moved into a house he built in 2014. We’ve been here just over a year. Within six months of moving in, we had to remodel all 5 showers. Who professionally installs tiles like this! Shockingly poor work! Worst tile job I’ve ever seen, crumbling cement board, plumbing not secured, leaking shower pans. Will have to do the floors at some point. Just this week, spent $50,000 having to repipe the entire house. We had at least 15 gas leaks! I highly recommend NOT using this business. When I reached out to him with questions, he would just say “it passed inspection.” True, but he’s still responsible for shoddy work. Have no idea how ANYTHING got green tagged!

Tony Iovinelli and Richy Williams are the two best contractors in the DFW and I don't say that lightly. They're the best at what they do, and you can see that in their attention to detail and the crews that they have working for them. 10 out 10 would recommend to anyone needing work done to their home. They even do new construction if needed.

I had water damage in my kitchen and had to repair/replace kitchen cabinets/drywall and new countertops. Everyone that worked on my house came on time and really tried minimize any inconvenience since I have an inhome daycare. They did such a great job, I highly recommend them.

Richard Williams has always treated us fairly, he makes sure all the work is done and he gets us good pricing. We've been having his folks work on our house for > 10 years, and we keep coming back.

We have heard of horror stories with remodeling.
BUT we found NOTHING like that with anyone associated with Richard Williams and Assoc.
We did a total redo of a master bath, taking out a shower tub, etc. All crews were courteous, talented, cleaned up after the jobs, and timely with their scheduling. Very reasonable, too.
We have NOTHING but Five star comments about our experience. All of the sub contractors were top notch We HIGHLY recommend this group!! You won’t be disappointed.
