Best Deal has three times done work for me. Between repairs and full roof replacements I have always been happy. The owner shows up fast for estimates and he is always professional and easy to deal with. Prices are much lower than the big companies and excellent work is done.

I cannot agree more these comments. He repaired a rotted soffitt. Rene was timely and transparent which is hard to find. He did not give me the run around or change the quote after the fact. Work was well done and would hire again.

Have used René multiple times for gutter issues, and I have always been extremely happy. He is highly professional, responds in a timely manner, performs quality work, has very fair prices (so much so that I don't even get second quotes from René's anymore), and he goes above and beyond in his efforts.

On his first job, I thought I needed to replace an entire 40-foot section of gutter, but René identified that the previous installer had used the wrong nails and he just needed to re-attach with appropriate nails. This saved me a lot of money and also cured the water damage we were getting inside the house from the incorrectly installed gutters (which saved a lot more money). Two years later I can say for certain the water damage is solved and René's work is quality and not a cheap patchwork. He could have made a lot more for himself by replacing the gutters as I originally told him I thought I needed.

The second time I had René install new gutters on an addition. Came out same day to give a quote, did the work two days later. Painted the gutters himself to match existing gutters for no extra charge! I just provided the paint I had left over.

René will come out on time, is very responsive, and IME has always made sure I'm satisfied with the work. He also did some smaller work in cleaning and patching some leaky gutter joints. I have been completely satisfied with all of it. That's why I'm happy to take time to leave a good review, René is one of the best tradesmen around to work with.

Amazing! He came out the day after I called for an estimate and started immediately after accepting the contract. My roof (old one torn off & completely replaced) and all new gutters were done in a day & a half. Perfectly priced & easy to communicate with- even via texts.

We had a small roof leak and Mr. Castillo did the work in the summer 2016. After looking in our home at the area of concern, he assessed the roof for potential causes. He took pictures to support why he thought we had the leak and what would best fix the issue. I like that he provided reasons for what was causing the leak. He also discussed some minor preventative issues that he felt should be address as well. Of the three estimates (unless someone comes recommended, I get three estimates) I had for the repair, Mr. Castillo's was reasonable and came with a guarantee. The work was done promply and fixed our issue. I would definitely use him again.
