Needed our roof replaced due to recent severe hail storms in this area in late Sept. Christian Cook did a great job with installing our Ring Floodlight camera. He was so friendly and detailed about everything he was doing during installation. The floodlight camera is on sale at Amazon & NFM for $119.00 (11/17/24). We paid $199 from NFM. NFM will price match for 30 day so I did call and get $86 back.

Christian and his crew helped out our neighborhood by installing security lights. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. They also didn’t mind me asking questions about what they were doing. I will not hesitate to reach out to them when I need roofing as I have observed their work ethic.

I had a fantastic experience with Christian and the guys from Rhino Roofing. Not only do they do great roof work, but they also offer other services. They installed two Ring Security cameras for me. They did a great job with the installation and even checked back in with me a week later to make sure everything was working as intended. The guys couldn't have been any nicer and I highly recommend them for your roofing and other handyman needs!

I’ve been dealing with a small nagging leak in my roof for months. When it rains I see an L shaped water stain on the ceiling then it becomes light until the next rain. Insurance denied my claim. No one has been able to figure out the source.

Few days ago I just happened to read all the great reviews about Rhino roofing and texted Christian about the issue. He immediately responded and was so sympathetic and considerate and came out right away. Spent at least 30 minutes thoroughly checking the roof and then also crawled around in the attic and finally found an open gap around a pipestack. He returned jn a few days and thoroughly caulked it and closed the gap without charging me, god bless him, i’m so touched. I am cautiously confident that Christian has fixed the issue but we’ll find out when it rains next.

Great, responsive, prompt and accurate. We hit a snag with our mortgage company needing to endorse the check before the roof install prior to property sale, Alexis was always on top of things, checking with insurance and mortgage co. Regularly and even providing daily updates. She told me exactly what to mail and where and ensured that we did best we could to get the quickest response. The roof gutters and screens were done quickly after getting the endorsement, even sooner than we anticipated. We closed on schedule with no stress. I would use them for other upcoming projects and recommend to friends and family!

Chris came out to our house for an emergency tarping at almost 10pm after the giant storms left a hole in our roof. He had been done for the day but still came out to help us and did a wonderful job. The patch he applied has stood through a few other huge downpours without any leaks or issues at all. I am so happy with his work and specially for helping us out in a real emergency.
