Bob was very quick to respond to my questions and concerns to my damage.
They were here within a day to fix the roof that took on damage from a storm.
The work done was exceptional and the crew doing the work were accommodating to all my needs.
They took down my box gutters and replaced with beautiful new gutters.
They fixed not only the problems I thought I had but ones I didn't know existed.

What Users Like The Least

Never placed promised railing. It was so bad that Bob stopped taking my calls.
Had to have another company install railings. I will not recommend this company.

My roof and siding were damaged in the bad wind storm. Bob was very quick to responded to my questions and concerns to my damage. He seemed to really care about getting the job done correctly. Highly recommend R&G Remodeling.

Called on a sunday, they were here within a day to fix the roof that took on damage from a storm the week prior. Very professional from start to finish, no hidden costs, and the job was done same day. I would recommend r&g to anyone. They will be the ones to replace my roof! They were here earlier than expected and did a fantastic job!!

Recently R&G performed an install of soffit and fascia along with a new roof installed on our home. The work done was exceptional and the crew doing the work were accommodating to all my needs. The owner a top notch guy and a pleasure doing business with. Would recommend them anytime.

Great company from first encounter until completed work. They took down my box gutters and replaced with beautiful new gutters. Changed the look of my house.Bob did a thorough explanation, and the workers were great. Thank you R&G roofing!!!!

We had some siding that needed repaired from wind damage. R&G Roofing came right out and did a clean and quick job. They even checked the gutters to be sure they were clean and flowed properly.

The work they did was ok.
But never placed promised railing. It was so bad that Bob stopped taking my calls. I asked him to order railing 3 times with no results. Had to have another company install railings. I will not recommend this company. Due to owners lack of communication. He got his money and ran.

This is by far one of the best experiences with customer service I've ever had. Nobody likes when something is wrong with their home. My roof had some shingles fall off during some strong winds. If you live in Pittsburgh you can relate. They fixed not only the problems I thought I had but ones I didn't know existed. Peace of mind is priceless. I have that now not only because they did such a great job, but the fact that I have a reliable source in the future. Thank You Again
