This morning my car broke down just around the corner from Reynolds. So I called explained what I thought was wrong with my car. I was able to get there without having it towed. They worked with me to repair my car plus get me out and on the road home. I needed my car fix asap due to medical issue that requires a hospital visit on Friday. All the guys in the GM side were wonderful and understood the importance of repairing my Chevy Trax. I felt they went up and beyond to help me. Kudos to everyone that had a hand in this unforeseen situation.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. The usual dealership tactics, hold your keys on your trade in so you can’t leave, pull their vehicle around so you can’t fire it up. Sold me a clunker (used gmc Yukon Denali) and then wouldn’t give me back what I gave for it. The check engine light came on the day following the purchase. Service was also terrible, tons of flushes and other small tweaks to avoid replacing anything, never fully fixed the transmission clunk. Vehicle sat in their shop more the first year than I had it on the road. Can’t think of a worse place to buy a car and I work in the industry. It’s worth just driving to another dealership in nova or another town.

*****Review Update****** The team over at Reynolds recognized the challenge I experienced and went above and beyond to rectify my experience. They also put a process in place to prevent the experience happening again. The people have always been great and with this issue rectified I am comfortable updating my review to 5 stars.

The sales experience was great. Unfortunately, the service experience has been poor at best. I was having some warranty issues with a brand new vehicle as well as they installed the bedcover crooked. I called and someone took a message and advised me they would call me back. Several days passed with no call back, so I called back and again left a message and was advised again someone would call me back. Surprise, 3 days later still no call back so I called again third time and got an appointment scheduled. It’s unfortunate because they people are nice but now I have to go into Charlottesville for service due to the lack of service at this dealership. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everyone was respectful in person and on text, but I wish they had posted more accurate photos of their pre-owned vehicles—especially of known damage. I drove two hours to see an Audi A6, only to find a damaged door panel, a dented passenger door, and curb rash that weren’t clearly shown in the listing. The car also wasn’t detailed well; there was dog hair and dirt inside, though that could’ve been addressed if I purchased it. Disappointed there was no flexibility on fixing the issues or adjusting the price to reflect the condition to work a deal out.

Drove 2 hours to the middle of nowhere after talking to Kaden about a Tacoma I was looking at on CarGurus. He held it for us. Great young man. Lots of potential, Test drove it. Exactly what we wanted. Truly a nice honest young man.. We worked with Tom Payette for financing. What a great guy also. Drove away happy. Worth the drive. Awesome team, worth the drive. Maybe we’ll come back and explore Orange, Va. less than 4 hours later we drove away with a great used truck and felt good about it,

Bought a new truck here at the end of March. This is not the first vehicle I purchased here, but I was on a Toyota kick for bit.

As soon as I walked in, Jacob Tucker - an experience salesman, but relatively new to the area, greeted me, took me to the lot, and engaged in conversation. Questions he couldn’t answer off hand, he found the answers for within about 5 minutes, he was polite, courteous, and professional. Someone you could bring your mother in law to without needing to worry about him accidentally causing offense.

Service was exceptional, the entire team worked hard to ensure that everything was taken care of. The test drive was simple, the sales team was incredibly accommodating.

They handled the appraisal of my trade-in vehicle quickly and accurately. They were beyond fair and very detail oriented. They were also honest - not a quality one usually associates with a car dealership.

I came in with a pre approved rate, the sales manager (Logan) asked for a chance to beat it. The finance manager (Nick) was able to beat it by almost a point.

They did not push me to purchase extras, and modified their standard selection of offering to my needs.

Separately, in years of management I have never heard employees speak so highly of their employer. Everyone I have talked to from here loves being here. Many have come from other dealerships or similar industries…here the salespeople are permitted to make decisions - without those decisions needing to be approved by management. If I ever needed a job, I would apply here. I know a couple of mechanics here who have been here for over a decade.

Purchasing this truck was an enjoyable experience.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They are collectively friendly, kind and respectful. This dealership is locally owned and operated, and is also a family owned and operated business.

If you purchase here you will be treated like family.

This dealership is by far the BEST dealership I have ever worked with! Everyone was so down to earth and we never felt pressured at any point. Our salesperson, Terriana, was absolutely amazing! She was kind and very knowledgeable. Brad was hilarious and was helpful in showing us all the features our traverse had to offer. Nick who helped us with financing made the process easy and helped work with us to get our payments where we wanted them to be. There were so many other people there that were so kind. The BEST buying experience I've ever had. I've bought quite a few vehicles over the years, from many different dealerships, but Reynolds was the best by a long shot. The staff really set this place apart from other dealerships. They are polite and genuinely want to satisfy their customers. Vincent was my sales rep and did a fantastic job helping me to find the right vehicle for myself and my family. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles in their inventory, had answers for any questions that I had and was attentive to the criteria that I wanted the vehicle to meet. Tracy was my financing manager, what an absolute sweetheart she is. She made the process so effortless and did a great job explaining the available warranty options. I would say that if you're looking to buy a vehicle, give Reynolds a chance to earn your business.

I’m saddened that I did not do this earlier; and it’s well overdue. When I first came to Reynolds around 2018, I wanted to trade in my GMC Yukon which had about 186K miles (I keep my GMCs!!). I won’t say who I dealt with, but my first experience was absolutely horrible! I wanted to buy my first GMC 1500 truck; and it was early summer. The gentleman told me he could not find any in stock and he “searched all over,” and said he could order me next years version. I said “Will you charge me with this years price…he said no!” I was so disappointed and I called and called and he would take days to return my call. Finally after much prayer, I called Woodbridge GMC dealership and I was asked 3 questions:
1. What color?
2. When do you want to come in for test drive, and
3. What are you trading in?

To my surprise he said he could have the truck on site by Tuesday; I said “…I thought there were no GMC 1500, 2018 available??” He said, who told you that? I’m looking at one right here in Virginia and can have it here tomorrow..”. Well that sold me! And the guy from Reynolds’s never called me back.

Fast forward; I was not about to drive to Woodbridge for service and thought just maybe the “service,” department would be a better experience and that’s when I met John!! For 4 years John told great care of my truck and offered exceptional service. When I told him I was about to trade it up for a 2500 HD, he said check out our sales dept here and when I shared my first horrible experience; he said and I quote “…give us another chance to earn your business, we have a new sales manager- Logan!”

Hesitantly I met with Logan and as they say the rest is history!! Logan made me feel that I wasn’t this “woman who didn’t know about buying vehicles so let’s just string her along..” I served in the military for 20 years and bought plenty of vehicles-I know how to buy! He was forthcoming, respectful; stayed in communication with me, personable and genuinely supportive of my buying experience but most importantly about me…

I traded in my 1500; got an excellent price, and purchased my 2500 HD, GMC. That was Dec 2021. Feb 2022 a guy ran the light and hit me; broke my arm and totaled my 3,000 mile new truck (hadn’t made my first payment yet!). I called Logan and told him what occurred and he was so worried about me. I asked him did he have any other 2500 GMCs on hand he said no; but there’s one in the pipeline-do you want it? I said yes and on April of 2022, I picked up my brand new 2022 GMC, HD Denali. It did cost more, but Logan and his team did all they could to get me the best pricing.

I’m still with Reynolds; and both the service team (John and Ron) are awesome. It was John that cared enough to ask me “why don’t you give us a chance to earn your business.” It was Logan who showed me respect and as a woman didn’t “mansplain,” to me (like the first guy did). And especially as a woman of color, there’s always those “thoughts,” about being treated right. And I was treated right!!

After taking a day of vacation and driving two hours one way to find the discounts online are valid but the dealership adds hidden fees. I would not recommend this dealership due to not “feeling warm and fuzzy” as the finance manger said to me and my wife. But they were very nice but not straight forward with there prices

Amazing dealership. Drove 4 hours to pick up this C8. Family run dealership running 4 generations deep. The c8 I bought was Mr Reynolds SR’s and really glad I got to talk to him about the car. We got very very similar tastes and he spec’ed it exactly how I wanted it. I was in and out within 2 hrs. They beat my credit unions rate! Couldn’t believe it. Everyone from Nick my sales rep to Tracey in finance and Logan the sales manager and of course the Reynolds. Love meeting car guys. These guys are the real deal. Will be back again for sure

Drove a lil over an hour each way to see about a particular 2023 chevy traverse they had in stock. Dealt with Nick in sales, Brad who explained the technology/features, Lynn in finance, and I believe the owner's son. It's definitely worth every trip out there get a personal family owned experience touch. Really cool that folks are real car ppl too not just working a 9 to 5 job that just happens to be in the car business. Everyone involved made it a fantastic experience.

I went to this dealership with a friend of mine spent $14,000 and within a few days it was determined that the front suspension was not only faulty it was slapping all over the place and was unsafe to drive they refused to pay for it repair it fix it or make any other accommodations and ultimately threw the gentleman off the property and refused to let him back on. I do not recommend this place to anyone you'll get taken advantage of at some point maybe not everyone but it only takes a few of us I had to give them at least one star they were very friendly and nice from the start but once the money changed hands after that they could care less which they should be ashamed of themselves for.

Told me 2200 for a oil o-ring and I took it it home put a 40 dollar oil switch sensor on solved the problem...I have several friends went there and made there bill and problem more than they came for...sad hometown service department trying to to get

I made a bold move. The Reynolds’ website showed two 2023 Chevy Trailblazers in transit. My significant other and I drove to Reynolds and dealt with Tommy, who I had spoken with on the phone about the two Trailblazers in transit. He and the General Manager Shannon spent time checking out our trade and working on final numbers. We put down deposits on both vehicles - blue for me and red for her. The blue one came in Monday and the red one Tuesday when we returned to pick up the vehicles. Brad filled us in on all the technology. The two ladies in the finance department were great to deal with. Big purchases but less stress than playing the silly games and hard sell at some dealerships. With all the mega dealers around, it was nice to deal with a generation-owned family dealership. I highly recommend z Reynolds.

We recently purchased our second used vehicle (2020 GMC Acadia) from this dealership in Orange Virginia. Like the first time, the experience could not have been any better!!!! Reynolds treats you the way you would expect to be treated at a small-town dealer "where everybody knows your name". If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, we strongly encourage you to contact Tom Flynn or Thomas Payette. Tom was more friend and mentor than salesman. We were treated with the utmost respect and on both occasions and received incredibly good deals on the vehicles we bought. I also have to mention Tracey in finance, always looking out for her customers getting the best rates available. I have had nothing but bad experiences at car dealerships until this one! I built + ordered a Tahoe and Brad was super helpful! We drove 3 hours to this dealership based on their reviews and honesty - every dealership around us had tons of hidden fees and markups, but these guys were honest + transparent about pricing from day 1.

Brad + Lynn were super helpful, friendly and kind! I had my kids with me and they were patient and understanding!

I would drive 3 hours again for their customer service and will purchase future vehicles from them as well!

The team at RCB-GMC is top notch. While other dealers will try to relentlessly beat you down, these guys are low pressure and allow you to work at your own pace. I also think they are partial to Toms, as that's the name of most of the sales staff. If you don't know who you talked to, ask for Tom.

While I wasn't able to put a deal together with the Reynold's team (that's more because I didn't really need a new truck, the green 2500HD caught my eye and I tend to be impulsive) that doesn't mean that you shouldn't give them a chance. They quickly responded to my email inquiry, and answered the questions that I asked.

I'll be back in the market sometime in 2027, hopefully Tom will still be on duty.

Let me start by saying that if you're not buying your vehicle from Reynolds, you're already doing it wrong! My husband & I called Saturday AM, spoke with Logan to get some realistic/rough numbers over the phone and he got us squeezed in that afternoon to take a look at a 2016 GMC 3500HD Denali that we fell in LOVE with online. We came in, took a test drive with Doug & just before we came back in another couple were looking at it as well! **Word of the wise, if the someone from sales or finance asks you if you want to put a deposit down on a vehicle you're interested in - DO IT!**
Doug & Tracey got to working on some numbers and we chilled in the waiting room eating some of the super healthy/delicious snacks & drinks they provided. Few hours go by & our girl Tracey made it happen! The team at Reynolds always has your back & Doug was so awesome about making some things happen for us simply because we MENTIONED it - not even because we asked if he could! Being a Reynolds customer is the best feeling ever. My husband has never been a fan of dealerships but the sales & finance team treats people right - he STILL is bragging on the team there & is in shock that he's now driving his dream truck. Always a pleasure & yall have at least two customers for life! :)

Incredibly fair and honest service Center. I experienced a catastrophic vehicle failure on my Cruze while visiting from out of town and the service center kindly made time to repair my vehicle on short notice while extremely busy. They even honored an earlier price of the vehicle that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper. Tracy was awesome at quickly contacting banks to get an approved loan. What a great place to purchase a new or used car!!! To start, the staff is super polite with a zero pressure approach. The whole purchase process was fast and very accommodating to us, as we had our 2 children with us. The way we were treated is very rare to find. Even the owner was involved, and not out of necessity, he is just that involved, and it shows with the family atmosphere!!!! And thier service department is awesome as well!!!
