100% satisfied customer! Where do I start? After receiving an extremely high quote from an unenthusiastic company for concrete removal and new concrete footing job for my parents, I begin looking on the internet for another company. I then turned my attention to the Better Business Bureau website and found Reyes Construction. The BBB had high marks for Reyes Construction and I also like that their company was insured. I contacted Emmanuel at Reyes construction and received excellent customer service. From photos I took of the area needing renovations, he provided an initial estimate. I scheduled a site visit for my parents and Emmanuel and a crew member arrived, made a detailed assessment and provided the final cost estimate later that evening. The cost for the entire job I feel was extremely fair. Reyes workers showed up on commitment date, finished prepping footings and rebar for the building inspection. Davidson county building inspector was impressed with footing prep work. Reyes construction came back on scheduled date and completed concrete pour and final concrete work. The workers were extremely hardworking, efficient, and respectful. The worksite was cleaned and the workers went the extra mile pulling mulch back in place. Reyes construction is a family operated business it really showed in how they addressed all of my parents concerns. We are extremely happy with Reyes construction and will use them again in the future if the need arises….without hesitation!
