He offered several options that helped us budget, including repairing rather than replacing the entire roof. He explained pros and cons and once a decision was made he did the job in a timely manner. Chanson called to schedule an appointment and I had a lot of conflicts about the time but he was very courteous and patient with me on getting the time set. He was very polite and explained to me the process of inspecting the roof and what he did to fix any problem while he was up there it’s refreshing to see a young man that treats older people with respect as I’m sure he does with all his customers

Jake came out and looked at my house, got an estimate together for me. I was unsure after dealing with a few other people that didn’t make the process comfortable and left me with an uneasy feeling in general.
