I never thought I would need Nick's services, until our dishwasher broke and flooded our kitchen! Nick was prompt in answering the phone, showed up when asked, and was very professional in completing the cleanup of the water and getting the equipment in to dry out our house. I have needed Steve's services on more than 1 occasion-flooded basement cleanup, mold remediation after the flood, mold remediation in a sunroom from a leak and removal of skunk scent when a skunk sprayed under the deck. Yes, I should sell the house. His crew responded quickly on all calls. They are all friendly and professional. All work was of high quality. Steve explained what was needed very clearly and answered all my questions. His patience and general demeanor lowered my anxiety level. I would highly recommend Steve and his crew.

After having another heavy rain, our basement flooded in the very early hours of the morning. We called RestoreMore and was surprised that a real person answered. Steve was at our house within the hour. He knew exactly what to do and he had a team here very quickly. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We were able to save almost everything thanks to their quick actions.

Very disappointing! We had a sump pump failure due to and underground problem with the electric company (who arent liable for any damages eventhough it was their issue). Restore More, Inc were quick to come out and get started. They extracted a lot of water and got rid of our carpet throughout our basement. They put fans and dehumidifiers up and we thought all was fine. We were told by his team and Nick that our basement was full of mold and would have to be 'gutted out from floor to ceiling and everything thrown away'! That's how bad it was "supposedly". He kept saying, "we'll do this and then have a talk to see where we're at." Never giving a price for anything. Anway, we called a mold EXPERT who SHOWED US there was slight mold in a few places that could literally be wiped clean. He pulled the trim from the wall and used his mold detector to show us exactly what he meant. Of course our insurance was gonna pay and Nick was trying to find a way to get the max out of the policy. After the mold expert's inspection, we had the hardest time getting back in touch with Nick. There was even one instance where he disguised his voice and said it wasn't him. Seems it's harder to find honest businesses and ppl these days since everyone is scrambling to make a buck. We were abt to dig our heels in and come up off a lot of money all due to their greed. The work his crew did was great but the business practices leaves a lot to be desired. This was NOT a review I enjoyed writing. It was more hurtful than anything.

Our company had a sewer pipe break, the guys at RestoreMore responded quickly and did a great job getting everything done and back together as quickly as possible!

They were prompt, courteous, and straightforward. Their crew arrived within an hour of my initial call. They explained the process and thoroughly answered all my questions. Anthony, Nick, Jarrod, Steve, and all the other staff I had the pleasure of meeting were attentive and never left me feeling like I wasn't a priority. Nick even made sure to be there when my insurance adjuster came to do the initial inspection, in case the adjuster had any questions. All the staff did a fine job, and they're a mom's best friend...they clean up after themselves too!

So impressed!! We had a pipe burst on a Saturday! I called and they were out immediately to help get things under control! David was so professional as a team leader, and Alex and Jayden were extremely professional as well! They were well spoken, respectful and kind. We have 8 children, and they took time to say hi to the kids every time the kids popped in to see what they were doing! The mess was cleaned up, floors dried and they left no trace! I didn’t even have to worry about the garbage bags. I had the privilege to work with Nick, while getting insurance claims handled and I was equally impressed! What a great team! In recent years, we had one company come to our house and clean our carpet this year we decided to go with a different company and I am so happy we did! Our carpet has never been clean or the pile is all lifted up and it looks great and feels good also. Cost a little bit more than the other place, but definitely worth the money!

Steve and Nick came out the day we called and the crew was there a day later. Great quick work, ripped out my carpet, cut my drywall and did all the water remediation work. Great crew.

Restore More was great! They came out right away, were clear about what they could do. When things changed, Nick communicated with me right away and explained everything. The workers were respectful of property, polite, friendly and helpful too. The whole team made a bad situation easier to deal with.

Nick was great to work with. The guys that came out to the house were professional. They came several times to check on everything and always called a couple hours in advance to make sure it was OK. The price was by far the BEST out of any wood we received. Nick gave me a price range and a not too exceed. After the project took longer than expected, I was sure we would be close to the not to exceed number but it was really close to the lower end! Seems like a lot of these restoration companies try to take advantage of you and the spot you're in, but not Restore more. Highly recommend them!

RestoreMore did a great job. I called when water was detected and Steve got right over to our property to access the situation. The crew was onsite within a few hours and started immediately on water extraction. Due to the quick response we were able to save most all the finishes. The pricing seemed right to me and actually lower than previous flooding we had which was handled by a different restoration company. I would recommend Steve and his group at RestoreMore to anyone needing fast, dependable, price conscious service.

From me calling about my flooded basement to them leaving with their fans, dehumidifier, and heater going to dry everything up was about 3-4 hours. Got the standing water out fast and replaced my fried sump pump.

Excellent! Steve and his crew are not only great at what they do but a great group of people. In my experience it's not easy to find a damage mitigation company that you feel great about but RestoreMore was superb and I can't say enough about my experience with them. I would hire them again for anything damage mitigation related in the future. I absolutely recommend them.

Finding standing water in the cabin of your boat presents many challenges. First one that needed to be taken care of was MOLD. I called Restore More and on the same day they came out to look things over, sent me a quote and we had a contract. Three days later they started the job by removing all loose contaminated items out of the cabin. The next day they treated the area for the mold. It took another day before the processing time was done, then a final cleaning & wiping.
In writing it sounds easy but a lot of labor & expertise took place in less than a week to make our boat useable again.

They are very tidy and clean up well after their service and I really appreciated then taking the extra time to protect my other areas in which they use their equipment.

Noticed the sump pump failed at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. After calling a different company that couldn’t respond, I called Restoremore. Although I woke Steve (owner), one of his employees and him came out that night. Once assessing the situation, he had me sign a contract. He dispatched a dumpster and 3 employees the next day. They removed half of the walls and all of the carpet in the basement. It took them approximately 8 hours over 2 days to remove everything. He brought in several fans and dehumidifiers. He also worked directly with the insurance company to get the claim processed. Restoremore was a life saver in this crucial moment. If I ever need this service again, I would definitely call Steve!

We used RestoreMore during the August 2020 massive rainfall and our basement took in water. Our lower level was completely finished and we had a unique situation with a hobby collection as well. Steve jumped into action and literally raced to save so much of our basement. The work was done with highest regards to quality, service and open communication of his goals of the service. When our basement flooded because of a torrential thunderstorm, Steve and his guys were able to come out that night and assess the situation. They were with us the next morning to start tearing out our carpet in the rec room and drying out our basement. He gave us great advice on how to get the humidity out of the basement. Our basement was dry within four to five days of service. Steve and his crew were with us everyday checking on our situation and how the basement was drying. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully, we won't ever have our basement flood again but if we do, I will be calling on RestoreMore to help us out.

They were very professional, taping off the door to the rest of the house. They removed the bottom 4 ft of wallboard making in easy to slide a new sheet in place. Left the basement and the yard in excellent condition.

Steve spent an hour walking through our basement with us, identifying potential sources of moisture until we were able to isolate the exact issue. I’ve been doing a lot of renovations on the house we bought not long ago unfortunately and all I can say is I have yet to see a business that tells you the truth from the get go. Very knowledgeable and professional and could have easily talked me into an expensive job but instead he took the time to break down the issue I was having with basement moisture and laid out my best course of action knowing it would cost him the gig. He even recommended other local professionals for moving forward. Like I said I’ve met with more than enough contractors in the past year and this was by far the most honest and pleasant experience I’ve had to date. I highly recommend this company and while you’ll have to look at another review for their quality of work I hope this one tells you something about the quality of character.
