There was an issue with my roof that wasn’t actually Restore America’s fault, but Angel stepped in anyway and took care of it without hesitation. She was kind, professional, and genuinely wanted to help—even though she wasn’t the one who caused the problem. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare. I was so grateful for how she handled everything and would absolutely recommend Restore America to anyone needing a roof replacement.

I noticed some areas where I could hear water running on the roof from inside the home. I called Restore America and received a call back from Hugh Brown. We met with Hugh who did a thorough inspection of our roof and found damage. Hugh contacted our insurance company who then did their own inspection and concurred with Hugh that we had damage. After discussing the damage with our insurance company, we signed a contract to allow Retore America to complete the repairs. Hugh and Restore America made the appointment and came out and completed all repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up all debris. We now have a new roof and are extremely happy with High and Restore America. We would recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs.

My Winter Home Needed Some repair do to bad weather, Brandon, with Restore America made me a believer took care of all my worries and concerns. They were very helpful.

Restore America is a great company. From the time I called them and talked to Jeff Thomason (sale Representative) they came out and inspect the roof and cover roof keep it from linking. Jeff also works with you and insurance company to help you to treeget your clam process. Jeff works with you from the start to end and he was here on site while the work was going on. The work grew was great. They cleaned up and made sure they pick up lose nails and trash. Again, I give this company a A+

A tree fell on our home during Hurricane Helene. The process of having the repairs done has been a really long process due to demand being so high after the storm and lots of things with insurance claims are a waiting game. Cameron has been fantastic to work with. Communication, honesty and quality work are the things that are extremely important to me. Thus far Restore America has provided that. We are still pending a few repairs but we are happy with our experience.

Restore America has been incredible to work with. Brandon and Ryan came in to check out some hail damage to one of our commercial buildings and not only did they replace the roof but also new gutters and made repairs to the water damage inside of the building. They were very professional, communication was great and they followed up to make sure everything was completed and our expectations were met. I could have never expected anything more from this company. We are actually looking into having them put a new roof on several more of our commercial properties. I highly recommend this company!

Luke Cotton (Representative from Restore America) did an awesome job. He worked diligently with my insurance company to get my claim resolved, and a new roof installed. The work was completed on time as promised, and took less than 7 hours. I am completely satisfied.

Had a friend that redid the inside and outside of his house. They were wonderful. RestoreAmerica took care of insurance claims for him. They put a tin roof on the house, painted inside and outside of put laminated floors in the whole house. They also put new shoes in, new counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Bob and B.J.
