Rapid Response Restoration & Construction

We had significant water damage from a leaking pipe in the crawlspace. Rapid Response came out that day and started remediation to stop additional damage. Once the remediation was complete they coordinated all repairs. All work was completed to the highest standards. Their employees and their subcontractors were very professional with the sole goal of bringing our house upto pre-loss condition. We were kept appraised of what was going to occur at each stage of the repair process. Once work was completed our project manager, Amber O'Brien, walked thru the house making sure that we were completely satisfied with the work. Hopefully, we'll never need their services again. But if we did have damage again I would not hesitate to call Rapid Response.

Joel and his team did an awesome job at quickly repairing my leaking roof after dealing with the first contractor that insurance recommended that grossly neglected repairing my leaking roof. Rapid response entire team was a pleasure to work with and communicated very well with all steps of process.

Also during the roof repair they discovered mold damage in my flooring from their house inspection. They did that work as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and highly recommend their company to do your home repair work in the entire Portland metro area!

We had a smoke incident just prior to Christmas . Rapid
Response was on site doing cleanup within hours of our contact with State Farm. They were very thorough and did only what was
appropriate. We had to move out of house and they kept us informed every step of way. They left “Air scrubbers” for three days and then we were able to move back in. Fabulous service!!!!We give the highest recommendation.

I feel very happy with the work John Butz and other workers completed in my home this month. They arrived on time, were friendly, unobtrusive and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them to others!

John Butz was the person in charge of our project. From the very beginning the company diid an excellent job. Communication was perfect. Their work minimized the actual damage that has to be repaired. John was also very accommodating so that our household was not disrupted any more than was absolutely necessary. We had such a great experience with Rapid Response Restoration & Construction for the mitigation of the damage resulting from a water leak that we decided to use them to do the repairs to our home as well. Rapid Response came to the rescue after a fire gutted half of the duplex where my mother lives.The smoke damage was bad and Rapid Response came in and within 2 weeks we had mom back home. For months nothing was done to repair the other half then Rapid was hired to finish the job! Thank Guys

I am always looking to hire small, family owned businesses when it’s possible and Rapid Response did not disappoint. They were suggested by my insurance agent and they did a fantastic job— communicative, punctual, and they truly care about providing the best possible service to their customers. Items that needed to be moved so they could perform water mitigation were delicately boxed and moved. My house was kept clean (no easy feat since they were working during the rain!), as if they were never even here. I would give them 10 stars if Google would let me! John and his crew did a great job. They were prompt, efficient, and helpful. They answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

The week before Christmas 2023 my fridge leaked and destroyed flooring and walls throughout my house. They dropped everything to come assess the damage that night. They next day they came and helped pull all the damaged walls and floor up and start drying everything. They became like family! My kids loved chatting with them! When it was time for repairs they came packed my entire house and moved me and then packed me back in. It truly did feel like having my family here helping me through a very stressful time! They billed my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about anything! I cannot recommend them enough!

The best company to work with when that unexpected disaster happens. Great communication and went overboard to help work with my uncooperative insurance company. The house was restored and beautiful in the end. We definitely would hire Rapid Response again.

Mario and his team were very professional and efficient. They can came and removed the water damaged area and contained the site to keep the rest of the house from getting dusty and dirty. After the area was dried out they removed their plastic barriers and cleaned up the site!
