Restoration Specialists - Lake City, FL

I had reached out to them back in Dec of 2022 to schedule an estimate at my dad's house. Ryan came out and did the estimate on 1/13, but I had stated I was in no hurry to receive the estimate. After not hearing anything back from anyone, on 3/10 I decided to call them back to check on the status, nearly two months had passed. I was told I would receive the estimate on Monday and I was instructed to follow up with them. I ended up giving them a few extra days as it was explained to me that they were short staffed on those that would complete the estimate. On 3/15, I followed up again and was told that I would have something in the coming hours or by the end of the day. After traveling last week for work, and scrubbing through my e-mails, I have yet to receive anything as of today 3/28. I've already called more times than I should have, and no longer wish to pursue this as it has proven ineffective.
