After our pipes burst under the house, Daniel came out and did an excellent job with the mitigation work, even in a tight crawlspace. He was extremely thorough and professional. Nathan and Hayden were also great helping out, and Paula was wonderful with handling the insurance side of things. I highly recommend Daniel and the entire Resto Clean team as they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I had Nathan come out to take a look at some possible mold issues. He was very quick to arrive and was very thorough. Very reasonable quotes and would do business with them anytime. If you call, ask for Nathan, he does a great job!

Our experience with Resto clean was the best! My mom, (82) who lives all the way in Boise, woke up to water in her walk in closet and she panicked. One call to Resto Clean and all her panic and anxiety went away. Nathan L. and his team were incredible. They were so kind and reassuring to her. They explained the process and got to work. They scheduled all of the appointments for cleanup and restoration. What a relief it was to find a company that was trustworthy, honest and kind.

My in laws are older and living on a very limited budget. Their home flooded badly. I googled contractor & out of 15 contractors Resto Clean was the only one that an actual human amswerd the phone & took the time to listen to. The gal I smoke to set up an apt the next morning. Jayme arrived early was very thorough, polite & understanding towards our situation. All the other contractors were booked out for months or would call us back. None have yet after over a week. Jaymie has stayed in touch with us and answered all our questions and us helping us through this very difficult & uncomfortable time. My in-laws are having to live in their camp trailer for the time being. I highly recommend Jaymie & Resto clean. They stand behind their word and are true to their customers. They have a loyal customer & contractor with me & my family.

Jeff stopped by today at my newly bought/recently flooded home. As I'm on my own journey for water mitigation, he gave me tips and tricks on how to help get some of this moisture out. Dear People of Idaho,
Please listen to me when I tell you that this certified lead technician , Nathan Leslie, is AMAZING at his job of finding possible mold and /or musty smell in house or source of where possibly started from as well as finding leaky pipes in your crawl space……which mind you, my idaho home already had been and passed through inspection by someone else. You see, I just sold my home in California and moved here recently to Meridian. So trust me, I have absolutely no clue on how these crawl spaces work since all my homes in California are on a solid cement slab. Anyways , Trust me , get a 2nd opinion like I did with Nathan at Resto Clean. Nathan described why I smell the musty odors and talked to me about some plans of action to get results of getting rid of odor . Because if this musty odor in a few rooms was not going to stop smelling then I was thinking of selling this idaho home and heading back to California and buying another home there . So yes, call and get Nathan out to your home, my California friends, if you are reading this and you Semmelweis that musty smell. If you do not fix the issue then you will have serious future issues unless you can fix issues NOW !!!!!!

I had a great experience with Resto Clean remediating damage from a kitchen faucet leak. They were very responsive, communicated well, did everything according to schedule with no issues or hiccups. They were really helpful in explaining the process involving an insurance claim, and just did a great job overall. I hope to never have another insurance claim, but would call them first if I did.

Completely unprofessional, these guys gutted my bathroom laundry and kitchen. Left their machines drying for days on end without any type of contact. Threatened to put a lean on my home for unpaid expenses when the job was never even entirely gone. Seriously if I could give 0 stars I would.

Nathan from Resto Clean came out to do an inspection in our attic and gave me a lot of great information. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the type of company I would feel comfortable to take care of my problem.

I really enjoyed working with everyone at Resto Clean on the mitigation side of our bathroom. Nate and Jerod were very professional, and they did an incredible job of keeping things clean. They had the bathroom door zippered off and took items out in large containment bags so that nothing was left on my carpets or anywhere in my house. Honestly, I would not have known they were in my house if it weren't for the noise of saws, tools, etc.

I was equally impressed with Matt, Dean, and Paula, who took my calls on several occasions and were very patient with me as I asked a million questions. They not only educated me on the whole process but also treated me with respect when I ultimately decided to do the rebuild with a different contractor.

I highly recommend this company for mitigation. However, if you choose to rebuild with them, there is a fee for the bid if you don’t end up using them. We personally couldn't risk paying hundreds of dollars for a bid that may or may not be within range. That’s just too risky when money is tight, and the rebuild is going to already cost us money out of pocket. It is a very simple remodel, and a ballpark bid for labor and basic materials should have been super easy for them to provide. We can’t pay for a bid when other companies offer it for free. I understand their time is valuable, and it takes time & effort to provide a bid. I get it, I grew up with a dad who was a contractor, and that’s the name of the game—you bid too high, you don’t get the job; you bid too low, you lose money. You have to know your numbers, be competitive, and get the bid! Charging for a bid on a small job is silly ...unless you know you are going to be way higher than others to beign with and have to make your money up somehwere.

We also struggled with the 20% upcharge on new upgraded materials (if they are not covered by insurance). I have no problem paying for labor and material (outside of what the insurance company covers), but we had a hard time justifying the additional cost of a vanity ($2,000 vanity + $400 upcharge) and a shower ($5,000 shower material + $1,000 upcharge) even a newer nicer tile would be a 20% upcharge. This just didn’t make sense— Why is there an upcharge on a vanity or shower from Home Depot or Lowe’s? That makes my cost to do improvements 20% more than what it would be. I just can’t justify it, even if I wanted to. Common sense tells me to hire a contractor who charges for their labor & material but doesn't upcharge me on products bought from a big box store.

We struggled with being charged for an unknown bid and the 20% upcharge. But other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about Resto Clean. Great people, clean cut, professional, showed up on time, did their job, smoke free, very efficeint, etc. I think they would have done a good job & we would have used them to rebuild if there wasn't a fee for the bid & the 20% upcharge on products. We just couldn't afford it!

Daniel, Jeff, and Nathan all did an amazing job taking care of our restoration project. They were all incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and worked quickly. Highly recommend their team if you need a team to help with your emergencies.

Dan, Paula, and Jaymie all did a fantastic job in being on top of things, super responsive, and keeping me informed every step of the way. They are all seasoned professionals who you can trust to have your best interests in mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to get everything done in a timely and efficient manner.

We had a pretty major water leak in our upstairs laundry room on a Thursday night and called Resto Clean the very next day. They were able to come out same day for an evaluation and even stayed late, since it was a Friday, to make sure all the damaged areas were taken apart and set up to be dried over the weekend. They came back Monday morning to check in on the drying process and get us set up for the next step of putting our house back together. We had the privilege of working with Nathan, Jared, and Daniel during this whole process and we were nothing but impressed. They were all extremely courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind and patient with our super curious and chatty 3 year old. Absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and better company to work with during such a stressful incident!

Would absolutely recommend Resto clean for the mitigation AND rebuild. We woke up in the night to a waterfall from our second floor. They were here the next morning and started on the clean up. They were very professional and helpful. GREAT to work with and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home as I was not always able to be home while they were here. Jared in the mitigation was so great to work with. Brian was the manager of the rebuild and he and his team were so AWESOME! Eric and Rick were great on all the rebuild and Jorge and Marcela were so sweet and WONDERFUL on the painting. WOULD TOTALLY HAVE THEM AGAIN...hopefully I won't need them, but if I did :)

Dean F was fantastic to work with. This was the second time we had a flood in our basement in the last 2 years, no one could find the source. Dean made some recommendations and he was spot on. They found a crack in our foundation and we were able to have it filled and sealed and have not had any issues since. I highly recommend this expert team of problem solvers !

Dean F, Paul, and Gratien worked on our job in the Boise Highlands, including an initial Friday night call that required them to pump over 10,000 gallons of water out of our crawlspace. Our finished basement flooded and we had a mess. Called Resto Clean and they came right out. Started pumping water and had a team in place each day. We received a phone call every morning on there arrival time. Were updated on what the plan was for the day and who would be working there for the day. A POD was delivered to our house to store the contents of the basement. Everything hauled out was handled with care. The mitigation team wrapped up the job on July 3rd.
