Resort Property Maintenance

I have known this fellow for a while and figured I would give him a try. I wanted him to maintain my lawn as far as fertilizing, weed control, aerating, power seeding, and thatching. He said $650.
When he and his crew arrived I could not be there. What they did was trimmed the brushes in the front of the house and put mulch down. Plus he used Scott’s triple action product on my lawn that I supplied four bags of that covers 12000 square feet of lawn.
When he came to get paid I mentioned that I wasn’t too happy. He said he would come back and finish putting down the Scott’s also that he is renting a thatcher for a week from Tuesday and he would be back. He said that it would be an additional $100 to thatch.
So all in all I paid $750.00 + $400 of material in cash and had not heard from him since.

They moved a large group of paver stones from my old house to my new house. They were very heavy and hard to maneuver. Tom and his crew did it with ease and very cautious not to damage anything where they were placed. They also help me out with leveling out a pile of crush and run for my driveway. He took care to make sure all the weeds and grass underneath were pulled out and leveled the ground before doing the job. I would recommend him for any yard maintenance or design you wanted to done.

Great work! Had Tom and Sean take down two 60’ oak trees right on top my house. They were very careful when taking down the trees. It was impressive how they took them down being in such a tight spot to work. Lot of experience, and very professional. Would highly recommend.
