Residential Solutions took care of staining our large 6 foot privacy fence. We had it installed about a year ago - I was worried that some of the dirt and wear from the past year would affect the finished look, but they took great care to power wash and prep the wood extensively before staining. The entire process from our initial quote, scheduling, and payment was seamless and they are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again!

I would highly recommend Residential Solutions KC to anyone! We had them seal our driveway and patio and they did an excellent job! Matt came out the day before and cleaned both surfaces with both a buffing machine and high pressure power washer ensuring the surface was clean before Kobe had his team come back the next day and apply the sealant.

They did a very nice job and were very reasonable on their pricing. We will definitely use Residential Solutions again when the time comes.

Residential Solutions Performed work at our house in June 2024. They sealed our deck. The deck needed some repairs which they took care of. They also fixed some wood rot on some joists at our front entrance. We were very happy with the work. We recommend them and we would use them again.

Craig and his crew did a great job in painting our house after repairing dry rot in a number of places. They started the job in the promised window and completed the job quickly working long hours. After final walk around found a few items, they came put that day to rectify.

We had this amazing company come replace rotten wood on the front of our house and paint it. You can’t even tell what they replaced! They were fast and efficient. We also had a cloudy ugly faux window pane. We bought a stained glass to replace it. The wood surrounding the window was rotten and they used scrap wood and created a new window frame, placed the new glass and caulked the window. We are so happy with the result!

Craig and his team were fantastic. All of our questions were answered and in a timely manner. The team worked quickly and effectively. There was no unnecessary upwelling. We look forward to doing business with them again.

The entire crew was professional and highly skilled. They took the time to make sure they got rid of all of the wood rot prior to painting. My house has never looked better!

Coby called me for a bid on Angie to perform a maintenance stain on my deck. He had experience with the TWP stain I preferred, and was confident in his painters expertise. His price was very reasonable as well. They were able to come out and power wash it, purchase the stain and complete the job within 2 weeks. He also added a side walk concrete power washing essentially free of charge. There was also a spot where BBQ sauce had been spilled that Ricardo was able to remove using lacquer thinner, which worked great! I couldn’t find this recommendation on google anywhere, which shows their high level of experience.

Their overall attention to a job well done as well as my 100 satisfaction was very clear. They were also very easy to communicate with and Coby was very responsive. Which is a testament to their good customer service.

I highly recommend this company, and will seek them out for any other services they provide in the future!

I was impressed with Craig right away. I had some wood rot on my trim, and Craig took the time to walk the house with me, testing boards and making recommendations. In the end I had most trim boards around my windows replaced and my house painted. Craig's crew was efficient, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Craig and his crew did for us.

Graig and his outstanding men have been our deck for 12 years and we are always so pleased! The men move all furniture off the deck and patio, then two men power wash throughly. Ten two days later 4 men come out and tape and put plastic down. Then they carefully do their magic. Graig is very compassionate and caring and he will NEVER leave you disappointed. We would never used another deck company.

I had Residential Solutions out to repair wood rot on the house. I will start by saying I appreciate Brent’s hard work and dedication during this job. On the first day of repairs Residential Solutions was repairing a piece of wood around a water spicket. While trying to remove said piece they broke the water like to the spicket causing a waterfall of water to pour into the basement. The crew was adamant that they barely pulled on the piece of wood. When the plumber came to fix the pipe he told me it broke in 3 places and that it would have taken significant force to break so badly.

Brent was out very quickly to evaluate the situation for which I am grateful. The damage was so bad that we had to file a claim with their insurance (which has been another nightmare). I withheld payment until I could try and get it resolved with the insurance. During the next week and a half the owner called 3 times to see if I felt comfortable paying them. I was getting ready to leave town so finally after a week and a half I did pay. After I paid I never heard from the owner again on how the insurance claim was going which I feel is poor customer service.

Brenton and his team were awesome to work with. Brent made me feel very confident as he thoroughly walked me around the house during the consultation estimate. And he was at the location during much of the work being done.

The estimate was reasonable and competitive compared to the others we got. But Brenton’s ability to pay attention to detail and explain things to me made me comfortable and confident with the work he’d oversee.

His team powerwashed one day. On another day they repaired places we knew needed repaired, found more and consulted me to fix it at a reasonable price, and caulked all the places on our home that hadn’t been painted in over 20-years. They even discovered an issue with the chimney I’ll need to address with another contractor eventually. But they could have just painted around it and never told me. So i really appreciate that. A third day they painted. And then the next day the deck and wood pillars all got stained. Let me also add that my husband and I thought we’d take care of something on the deck before they stained, but last minute decided to ask Brent and they hustled their buns off and were happy to do they extra job for us.

The team worked well and quickly together like a well-oiled machine. And we’re hard workers. They cleaned up everything afterwards.

My house and shed look absolutely amazing - I’m getting lots of compliments. I could stand in my driveway and look at it all day. Thank you so much for working with us on this!!

5 Stars. This was easily the best painting experience I have had in over 35 years of home ownership. And I'm no pushover. Craig's crew are true professionals and their attention to detail was amazing. I truly found myself watching in awe at their level of skill and proficiency and the speed at which they worked in painting the exterior of my house. I can't ever recall feeling so good about spending my hard-earned money! How many times can you say that? And Craig was great - personable and friendly - made the whole project painless and actually enjoyable. A true "10" out of "10" - my highest recommendation.

The other month we had Residential Solutions KC paint the exterior of our house and we are absolutely in love with not only the color, but the quality as well. The team completed the project within 2 days if I recall correctly which was remarkable given the excellent quality.

Brent and team also noted to reach out for any touch-ups that may be needed the first few weeks after the job since it easy to not spot things right away. And as promised after I reached out they were willing and quick to respond. They even offered to repaint around the exterior light fixtures I had replaced post-painting which left the old paint exposed.

I will definitely use them again in the future.

Residential Solutions is an amazing company! Coby and his team painted our home inside and out. They refinished our cabinets and Coby hooked us up with Rob, who did a phenomenal job refinishing our hardwood floors. Coby and his team also restained our business building, making it look alive again. The cost was right in our budget and Coby's follow-up was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend this company for home and/or business improvements you may need!

From the get-go, meeting with Craig to discuss the options, I found him personable and reasonable. I didn't get the sense he was trying to oversell me. The pricing was fair and getting scheduled quickly, and getting the colors right was a cinch.

Craig and his crew arrived when they said they would be here and they worked very quickly. The crew worked all through the first day getting the wood rot, taking care of and then prepping and were ready to paint by the mid-afternoon even though the day started with the rain. By the end of the first day which was a long one in the very hot summer heat, their crew was ready to do the back of my house and be done the next day.

Craig met with me the following Monday to review the work and noted certain areas that needed some extra work and attention and is planning on sending someone by to take care of those little details. That’s what you pay. Your money for.

Extra repairs were needed during the initial prep work, and Craig made sure I understood there was going to be a little bit of extra charge. I was pleasantly surprised when it was very reasonable.

I like that Craig took care of his crew, dropping by on occasion to check on their progress and see if they needed anything. That's the sign of a good crew chief and manager.

Brent Bauer and his crews did a full exterior paint with significant wood rot and porch column replacement. Very professional all around and did a fantastic job. Got me scheduled within 2 weeks and completed in 3 days. Had a couple minor touch up spots and they came out same day.
