As a drone operator, I’ve had the privilege of capturing aerial photos of beautiful homes with new, recently completed roofing projects. What stood out during the engagement was eye contact, excellent customer service skills. The introduction alone had a positive impact on me. Residential Roofing has recently completed reroofing our family weekend house on Lake Murray, near Prosperity. Chris and the crew did a great job, and completed the job in one day. They also hauled off everything and left the place cleaner than when they started. A couple of weeks later Chris and his helper relocated and repaired a leaking boot and vent, that has been a problem for years. Thaks again Chris.

After not being able to get anyone else around to come give me a quote Chris came out that day within a half a day notice! Him and his crew got stuff done at a good price and a timely manner couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Chris & the RRS team were very responsive, knowledgeable and cooperative. They worked with my busy schedule to perform a complete inspection and accurately repaired a few minor issues that they found, all for a fair price. Great work and equally great to work with. Highly recommend!

Residential was putting on a new roof for my next door neighbors. I asked them to blow off our roof and just see if everything looked OK. They did, and did a beautiful job. I will definitely be using Residential when we need a new roof. They were so respectful to make sure they were cleaning up well, and they were all SO nice!

Chris came through very professionally. I had heard so many stories of it taking forever to get damages repaired after Hurricane Helene, but Chris and his team were on top of it! 1.5 weeks from my initial phone call, to job viewing, contract signing, and total completion! If I have any other roof issues in the future, I will call The Residential Roofers again!

After meeting with two other roofers, one insisted that I need a new roof and even told me how to get around the deductible from my insurance company. The other didn't even bother inspecting he just went on my word that three shingles needed to be replaced "as I was told" and quoted me $500.

Finally, I called Residential Roofing and Chris came by I told him the same thing about the three shingles. He showed me there were no shingles missing. He said maybe it's leaking from the vents. There was some staining on the upstairs ceiling. He went up into the Attic which nobody else did and inspected the wood the floor everything possible that could have caused these water stains. He finally said I believe this was a one-time incident that was caused by condensation from the air conditioner. He said there is nothing to worry about there is absolutely nothing wrong with my roof.

The reason I'm telling you all this is because in life you will find scammers and thieves and you will on occasion find an honest person trying to make an honest living that is what Chris is... a good man. He did not charge me not one penny and spent almost an hour inspecting my house my attic my roof and ceiling.

I hope whoever needs help with their roof will see this and not get scammed by others.

I was in the process of selling my house and the buyer’s inspector noted a section of damage roof sheathing. I called Chris and he came out the next day to evaluate it. Would give it a zero. They wanted to call me to basically telling it wasn’t their fault for miscommunication even though I told the lady I had miscommunication problems with the owner as well as my rental property. It’s honestly crazy the phone call I had. I will say during the situation a hurricane had come through, but it had been a month since we put in services to get our roof fixed out of those four weeks minus the hurricane happening They are now just fixing the roof. Very hard to come in contact with these people. They will tell you days And times that they are coming And either won’t show up or will show up at a completely different time and day. I tried having my husband contact them and had no response back. I will say I’m just glad my roof is finally getting fixed

This was a wonderful experience. The Owner came to my house to accomplish the estimate. He was thorough, courteous and professional. The owner came with the crew to do the work. The old roof was removed in a manner that did NOT allow the old material to damage any of the plants around the house. People continuously went around the house to pick up anything that may have fallen on the ground during the process. The quality of the work is first rate. All of the crew worked hard to complete the job in a timely fashion. The job came in very close to the estimate. The area around the house was cleaned up before they left and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the workmanship and quality of the work.
I would recommend them to ANYONE who is in need of roofing work!

I had a serious leak in our great room with 2-3 year old roof. The company that installed it came out and inspected and said it was due to our gutters. I called Residential Roofing and Jack was there the nest day. Found the problem and repaired it that day. Great service and workmanship. Needless to say I will always use them and highly recommend them. Super office staff too.

Jack is the only roofer I will use! He is professional, fair and does an excellent job. He has replaced my personal roof and also the roof on our commercial building. His staff is prompt and attentive. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a roof repair or replacement.

Jack Hubbs and his team at Residential Roofing are amazing! I have been using them for the last 15 years. I am a realtor so I am always in need of a great roofer to give honest and trustworthy evaluations and repairs. They have replaced roof on my personal home before and several of my client’s homes. I am always thrilled with the results and professionalism.

Did some work on our house in 2017, was supposed to fix the siding as well. The company took the money and never came back. The leak in the roof was never fixed from the hail damage. When we contacted them about the issue they said they would come back to assess the damage but now they never return our calls. We are now in the process of legal action, due to the existing leak and damage causing an out of control mold problem. Which has resulted in my children having ongoing health issues needing medical attention and ridiculous hospital and doctor fees. This company should be advised against using at all cost.

It took 4 weeks to get to me after the estimate, but Great Price, Great roof, Great cleanup, super fast install.
