Vince is an highly qualified home inspector with outstanding credentials. He did a thorough inspection of the home we intend to purchase. The reports provided are easy to understand and puts the most critical items in an “action” list of which can be used for the negotiation of items to be repaired, replaced, or price negotiation if you would prefer to do them yourself. I have purchased several homes throughout the years and he has been the most thorough. His company also provides additional warranty services. Don’t let an home inspector tell you it will only take 45 minutes because you will be wasting your money. The service he provides is reasonably priced.

Vince did a great job with my home inspection. He called the day before to go over the whole process and he called after I received the report to ensure I understood everything and did n I t have any questions.

Vince is a great guy, seems very competent. I paid him the day of my Wind Mitigation inspection. My only complaint was that it took almost 2 weeks before I got my report back from him. Then my insurance agent pointed out the report was incomplete (a box not checked). I sent the report back to Vince. Again, he took weeks to respond (after calls and text reminders from me).

This inspection was done on 9/26. They emailed me the bill I paid on 9/30. Never got the report. On 10/5 I emailed them. On 10/6 I was emailed a report in a format that I could not forward. I called the office on 10/6. Message said the are out till 10/11. I texted Vic. No reply . I was able to print it-scan it and then forward it. Once they had my money they could have cared less. Very unhappy. I will never use them again.

We hired Residential Inspection LLC to do an inspection of a condo we are purchasing. Vince was on time, he is personable, very thorough, very conscientious and a very methodical inspector. He works very efficiently and does not miss problems. He produced a detailed, well organized report with a lot of images. He took complete inventory of all appliances and noted all issues and problem areas. He is easy to talk to and willing to answer questions.
