Outstanding service. Vince is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived early, explained everything he would be doing and asked if I had questions or concerns before we started the inspection. He encouraged me to accompany him while he did his thing. He explained everything in detail as he did it and pointed out both the good things and the deficiencies. His inspection service includes a 5 year warranty the works in conjunction with any warranties you already have. He also takes your appliance information so you can receive a notification on any manufacturer recall. I received a comprehensive report with quite a few pictures in just a couple of days. This made submitting warranty requests to my home builder much easier. I would certainly recommend Vince and Residential Inspection LLC.

Are these 5 star reviews fake? I am a Realtor and buyer who contacted Vince 10 days in advance. Since I am new to the area I was relying on reviews to choose a home inspector.

When I spoke to Vince I asked him if he covered Winter Garden and he said yes. I sent him the address of the home.
He said he would start researching it and confirmed he had the address.

Because of his "busy" schedule he wasn't able to fit in the inspection till 2 days before the end of our inspection period.

The Sunday before our scheduled inspection I texted to follow up with Vince. A few hours later he responds that he cannot do the inspection as he did not realize it was in Winter Garden. This is either a complete lie or complete incompetence.

I have a text where he said he looked up the house address several days ago. Coincidentally after giving me this ridiculous excuse as to why he had to cancel last minute, knowing for 10 days we were down to the last couple days of the inspection period, he also informed me he was out of town with family.

This is unprofessional and irresponsible and put us in a very tight spot on a Sunday afternoon scrambling to find another inspector with a 2 day window left.

I cannot imagine I am the only person Vince has done this to. I hope this review can help prevent another victim from hiring this incompetent company.
