Fantastic experience working with Jason and his team. His on-site team was efficient, hard-working and easy to work with. There were delays along the way, but Jason always made sure to keep us updated and let us know when next steps would be completed. When debating about colors and materials he made sure we got exactly what we wanted whether it was a computer generated mock-up or hands on materials. When issues arose Jason made sure to respond within a few days and remedy any questions. The quality of the work and the materials far exceeded our expectations.

Jason was awesome to work with during my re-siding project. He laid out all the options, costs and numerous design choices. Never felt pressured to spend more or anything like that and the project cost was a good value. We needed a roof replacement after a hail storm. We selected Jason and his company, Residential and Commercial Exteriors, Inc., through Thumbtack and after reading several reviews. After our initial message, Jason promptly contatced us and drove several miles to meet with us. He clearly outlined the project and helped us to understand the whole process. Jason supervised the entire project. Everyone on the crew was polite, efficient and skilled. Torn off shingles and debris were quickly and thoroughly removed. The yard was spotless when they were done and the roof looked better than it ever had. Jason kept detailed documentaion which really helped when dealing with the insurance company. We were very happy with the quality of work and materials. Without any hesitation, we highly recommned Residential and Commercial Exteriors for your roofing or related work.

Jason and his team were wonderful to work with during my Siding project. I was lucky enough to start this project right when COVID hit so supplies were limited and my remodel project slowed things down a bit. Jason's crew were polite, respectable, and very patient with my 3 children. I have 2 boys who love all things construction. So it was such a treat for my boys to be able to watch Jason's crew (at a safe distance) and see how these trades work in this industry.

What normally would take a few days from start to finish to complete a siding and gutter cap took a few months (mind you not because of any fault of Jason or his team). 2020 has just been a bear for supplies all around. We started this project at the beginning of August, but a section of my house was put on hold b/c I was waiting on replacing a door with a patio door (COVID issues). Jason was super patience and understanding! Once we finally got my patio door installed we were able to finish up the entire project in October.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciative Jason and his crew during this whole thing!! They were reasonably priced! I definitely recommended this company for any residential exteriors needs for your home. If I have any needs with the exterior of my home in the future my first call will be to Jason and his crew!

Residential and Commercial Exteriors provided timely and professional services for us. The owner was transparent in explaining the timeframe and magnitude of the work that was too be completed. He was onsite throughout the project and any questions we had were addressed immediately. The jobsite was neat and tidy from start to finish which was nice. The quality of workmanship was fantastic.

Met with Jason to discuss roof repair after hail damage last year. He was very punctual and easy to communicate with along with my insurance agent. His crew was punctual with date/start time. They finished in a matter of hours, and left not a single trace of their presence!
